I was supremely disappointed by this place. I had high hopes with how many recommendations this place had from friends and family. Perhaps they left their taste buds at home because this was awful. I would have much rather gone to Fazolis than this sorry excuse of italian. First the place is dark, dank, dirty and smells of old carpet. The hostess wasn't welcoming and made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her. Our server was snarky, and slow. I had ordered the chicken spiedini and my wife had the Ravioli. The bread they brought out was dry, tough and bland, the dipping oil, mercifully, was quite good. Our salads were soggy and were drowning in a soupy 'house dressing." When our entrees came out they gave me my wife's entree and her mine. After having to switch the plates around since our server vanished before we could say anything, I cut into my chicken, or at least what I thought was supposed to chicken. Instead what I had in front of me was a log of bread with some thin strip of what appeared to be chicken like meat inside. There was absolutely no sauce on the plate for the over cooked pasta or mystery meat bread log to add to the bland flavor. Adding salt helped some, but it was so lacking any kind of character or flavor it only ended up tasting like salted pasta with bread. My wife's ravioli was also a complete failure. The red sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce with some bits of dried seasoning only to add some color. Again there was no flavor and was so acidic I have used it in a car battery. I didn't bother trying the ravioli's as the looked like mummified pharaoh testicles. Needless to say, despite that we used a gift card and our dinner was free, I felt like I should have been paid by them to eat what ever it is they to pass off as food. Avoid this place and go down the road to Carrabba's.

My date and I were seated at a table after only waiting a few minutes. After 5 minutes seated at the table, a woman came to the table and introduced herself as our waitress, and said that he would be back in just a minute to take our drink orders. After waiting another 5 minutes and seeing her helping several other tables we started to get frustrated. I was able to get her attention and told her we would like to place at least our drink orders. She rolled her eyes and unwillingly wrote down our simple order of 2 waters. (Yes, we sat at the table for 10 before we had a chance to ask for water.) About 7 minutes later she walked by, put the glasses of water on our table, and then kept walking to another table to check on them. We immediately stood up and started to leave, at which point she shout at us as to why we were leaving. We told the manager and hostess at the front door how displeased we were and the manager took a phone call instead of replying and the hostess only replied with "whatever."

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary. This was our second time eating here after loving the food and service we had received the first time. Our second time eating here was nothing comparable to the first time we ate here. We were seated towards the center of the restaurant right next to where they kept their roll of disposable paper table cloths. Throughout our meal we had bussers making lots of noise behind us ripping paper and so forth. What made our experience worse was the bussers placing dirty dishes and water pitchers on the ledges touching our table. My husband had half eaten plates of food placed right next to his elbow. During our meal, a couple sitting near us had told a busser that it was very rude of them to be placing dirty dishes right next to us only to be ignored by the busser. While the food was decent, I will be paying up for better service for my next anniversary. I think I've received better service at Olive Garden!

I had the roast pork (osso something or other) w/ fettuchini alfredo. It was very tender with excellent taste. The service was outstanding. Value was average. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The lights were dim and they had a guy softly playing Italian music on the piano while another sang. Worth every penny.

Nothing short of amazing! Food was wonderful. Staff was incredibly welcoming, the owner chatted with me a while since I was a table of one. Perfectly portioned food and great desserts
