Greetings!

I'm Maggie, a certified music educator, opening a new music studio in Joliet, IL.

I spent 5 amazing years teaching in Indian Prairie School District #204 in Naperville, a Grammy winning district.  For a few of those years I enjoyed teaching piano and voice lessons from my home a few hours a week.  I spent an additional year helping reshape a music program in Country Club Hills #160.  After much personal debate I have chosen to follow my passion for teaching private lessons and am opening up a full music studio from my home.

I am offering voice, piano, guitar, theory, and composition lessons.  Students in my studio will benefit from not only learning their instrument but acquiring a well rounded music education making them stronger musicians through performance, ear training, sight reading, master classes, music theory, music history, and much more.  Students wishing to make a career out of music will have a tremendous head start which will open many opportunities as they grow.  Students wishing to pursue music as a hobby will find a deeper appreciation of music and a greater feeling of satisfaction when they create music.
