We wanted to eat at the Mesa Grill in Vegas because Bobby Flay. I have a corn and gluten allergy that I clearly stated when we made reservations. When we got there and was seated I informed my server again of my allergies and he said he would speak to the chef about it. I felt great about my meal as they chose options for me that were safe for me to consume. I had the rabbit and spinach. About an hour after our meal I started getting sick and was sick the next day. Needless to say I didn't eat at all the next day. The food was great until it made me sick. My guess is whoever was the chef didn't realize that vinegar is corn based. Doesn't say much about the chef when the Buffet at Aria's chef was on top of it and knew exactly what I could eat. BTW.. the buffet at Aria never made me sick and I ate there multiple times

Flavorful! Good service. Delicious. Lamb, veal, salmon - all fantastic. Mashed potatoes and cauliflower were creamy. Good wine (notba huge selection). No you don't get huge portions but I'd say they were perfect.

Overrated! Portions very small. Entre looks more like an appetizer. I looked forward to trying the place out and was extremely disappointed. Service was slow not friendly and got order wrong. Bobby needs to go back to Texas and see what real food is! This is tea room food. The bread was the only thing worth eating. I'm not rating the place because it doesn't have a half star.

Bobby Flay should be embarrassed to put his name on such low quality, but highly priced food.I ordered the salmon which was very fishy smelling when brought to the table ,but did try it. Only to quickly wash it down with the more lime than tequila margarita.I had to send it back, much to the augmentative waiter's insistence it was fresh. My husband's $52.00 steak topped with a "special sauce" was no more than a pool of Lea and Perrins steak sauce and very tough. Bobby Flay, revisit this place. You might want to remove your name.

I am writing about my visit to your location March 15, 2015 (Check number 2259332). This was my 1nd visit to the Mesa Grill in Las Vegas, and I am sad to say I may not want to come again. I wanted this high-end restaurant to impress me, but I just could not have the experience that is expected by the conveyed atmosphere. Whomever thought that serving extremely wilted lettuce on the Sohie’s Chopped Salad should be re trained. If the lettuce isn't fresh, say you are out of it. The bar staff promptly acknowledged my request for a substitute and took the salad away and I chose the Mushroom Quesadilla’s and those were fine. One thing that did not sit well with me was watching the bartenders (I was sitting at the bar) fetch more ice in the black trays that are used for soiled dishes. I do not know if this is a standard practice in your establishments, but most places have dedicated ice buckets (white or clear) or ice trays (white). This sort of turned me off to wanting to return, or order another drink from your establishment. I hope this feedback allows you to enhance your restaurant further.

Can't understand some of the bad reviews??? I am a third generation restaurant owner and my husband is a chef so food is our thing and this was one of the most amazing meals we have ever eaten and probably the best service we have ever had...waiter VERY knowledgeable...sauces had a kick to them and placed on the plate not totally covering the dish, so you had the option to have as much or as little sauce as you would like. we were not stuffed but very satisfied which was nice, just the perfect amount. ..if you want to eat until your miserable I would suggest a buffet..I thought prices were very fair for what you get...this will be a must stop for us every time we are in Vegas!

I've read the reviews below and believe they are total garbage... This location was AMAZING.. from the food, the service and even the busers. The food was full of flavor and perfect, my sister and I each had a 3 course meal special they were having that included a tasty appetizer (she had shrimp and i had chicken), both of which were full of flavor and perfect. Followed by an amazing steak and mashed potatoes. The salted pudding was great as well but we were too stuffed to even eat half. not only was the price decent the portion was more than enough. We were grateful to the wonderful people in Vegas for reccommending this location!!

My wife was so looking forward to trying Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. We found the wait time short and the service good. However, the food and drink were terrible. My wife ordered lobster, only to send it back since it was so overcooked it was like rubber. I ordered Mesa's Chops. It came smothered in sauce so thick you could hardly see the chop, let alone taste it. For drinks, my wife ordered a Pomegranate Martini (her favorite). It was so poorly mixed that she couldn't drink it. I ordered Knob Creek on rocks--- thank goodness they didn't mess that up. So disappointing. We won't be back.
