Overrated! Portions very small. Entre looks more like an appetizer. I looked forward to trying the place out and was extremely disappointed. Service was slow not friendly and got order wrong. Bobby needs to go back to Texas and see what real food is! This is tea room food. The bread was the only thing worth eating. I'm not rating the place because it doesn't have a half star.

I've read the reviews below and believe they are total garbage... This location was AMAZING.. from the food, the service and even the busers. The food was full of flavor and perfect, my sister and I each had a 3 course meal special they were having that included a tasty appetizer (she had shrimp and i had chicken), both of which were full of flavor and perfect. Followed by an amazing steak and mashed potatoes. The salted pudding was great as well but we were too stuffed to even eat half. not only was the price decent the portion was more than enough. We were grateful to the wonderful people in Vegas for reccommending this location!!

There were five of us who came and decide to share. Sixteen spice chicken salad Tiger shrimp tamale Green chili cheese burger Tuna nachos Our favorite was the tiger shrimp tamale. It has such an amazing flavor! Onthe burger I enjoyed the flavors of the green chili but the rest of the burger was just a burger to me. FYI, the Tuna nachos were literally just tuna and some chips on the side. The sixteen spice chicken salad was pretty good, the chicken was so tender and moist! I don't know why I didn't come here before!

Lamb, steak, beer, margaritas, bourbon and desert were all perfect. It had an enjoyable, quiet atmosphere as well.

This place is way to pricey for what you get. I know the place is Southwestern cuisine but was way to spicy. I had the chicken and it tasted like buffalo chicken wings. I didn't expect it to be SO spicy. The mashed potatoes were flavorless and watery, not fluffy at all. Others in our group had the Halibut, Tuna, Salmon and Pork Tenderloin. The pork Tenderloin had the best reviews.

Bobby Flay should be embarrassed to put his name on such low quality, but highly priced food.I ordered the salmon which was very fishy smelling when brought to the table ,but did try it. Only to quickly wash it down with the more lime than tequila margarita.I had to send it back, much to the augmentative waiter's insistence it was fresh. My husband's $52.00 steak topped with a "special sauce" was no more than a pool of Lea and Perrins steak sauce and very tough. Bobby Flay, revisit this place. You might want to remove your name.

My wife was so looking forward to trying Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. We found the wait time short and the service good. However, the food and drink were terrible. My wife ordered lobster, only to send it back since it was so overcooked it was like rubber. I ordered Mesa's Chops. It came smothered in sauce so thick you could hardly see the chop, let alone taste it. For drinks, my wife ordered a Pomegranate Martini (her favorite). It was so poorly mixed that she couldn't drink it. I ordered Knob Creek on rocks--- thank goodness they didn't mess that up. So disappointing. We won't be back.

This is the second time I have visited Mesa grill. I thought I would give it a second chance. Both times we had a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes. My guess is they want you to order a cocktail from the bar as they suggested me to do. The food both times has been so so. I wanted the Scallops but they were taking it off the menu, so I ordered the halibut. The sauce was very flavourful but the halibut itself was overcooked. The staff are so so, there is not a lot of personality or engagement there. The portions are small and overpriced, however, I am willing to pay the high price for great food. Not going to go back. The experience was bland.
