Fantastic food and cocktails. Started with a scrumptious cactus pear margarita that perfectly balanced sweetness and tang. Had the blue corn lobster tacos; although they were super mini (2 bites each!) the amount of flavor packed into those bites was phenomenal. Just the right level of smokiness to the lobster, thanks to the salsa and other seasoning. Rounded out the light meal with the churros, which were so fresh I forgot about the sugar intake. Great lively restaurant inside of Caesar's Palace with food and drinks worth cheering to.

What was good? Really?! Not much. Price is not the issue. It's the food. Not what I expected. We ate at other places where the prices were similar and the food was tastier. Not for me. First and only time.

Margaritas on point. The yucatan chicken skewers were amazing. Dinner was delicious I ate so much before the meal I barely took 2 bites. Highly recommended

We wanted to eat at the Mesa Grill in Vegas because Bobby Flay. I have a corn and gluten allergy that I clearly stated when we made reservations. When we got there and was seated I informed my server again of my allergies and he said he would speak to the chef about it. I felt great about my meal as they chose options for me that were safe for me to consume. I had the rabbit and spinach. About an hour after our meal I started getting sick and was sick the next day. Needless to say I didn't eat at all the next day. The food was great until it made me sick. My guess is whoever was the chef didn't realize that vinegar is corn based. Doesn't say much about the chef when the Buffet at Aria's chef was on top of it and knew exactly what I could eat. BTW.. the buffet at Aria never made me sick and I ate there multiple times

This restaurant is overrated and over priced. The food was terrible. The prices were very high. I don't mind paying for something that is edible, but honestly, this was the worst food ever. The service was OK but the waiters were inappropriate. I won't go back.

Tiger Shrimp + Roasted Garlic Corn Tamale* I saw it on the Food Network as the best thing ever ate. Michael Simon. So I had to try it. IT WAS FABULOUS. I loved every bite of it. Great food, great experience.

I love Bobby Flay. However, he was not really present in the meal I had the other night. The yellow and blue corn muffins were dry. Not a good start. My salmon was wonderful for the parts that were cooked. I ordered it medium but the thickest part was rare. My mother had the chili relleno and it was supposed to have manchego cheese in it. Taste-wise, it was not there. My $20 piece of salmon was exactly that. I would have ordered a side but there were no healthy vegetable side options. Only starch and creamed spinach. In general it was a good meal but for the price, I was expecting to get better. A dry muffin? C'mon Bobby Flay! I have to go back to Vegas in July and wont return.
