Definitely get the loaded chive fries and cheese curds. They are mouthwatering and could be considered a meal for two. They also give you a cornbeard muffin, wasn't sure if that was their house appetizer but it was by far the best cornbread I've ever had. They are known for their ribs but I wasn't very impressed, too much fat and they didn't fall off the bone. I possibly got a bad batch but the sauce on it was tasty. For drinks, order a Moscow mule best one I've had in the Milwaukee area. Great place to take the family or a friend visiting the area.

Growing up in Wauwatosa, there were a handful of restaurants I frequently went to. Saz's was one of them. I would occasionally try ribs at other restaurants in Wisconsin and elsewhere but they never compared to the ribs at Saz's. Granted, I wasn't going to top-notch rib joints but Saz's was by far the best of the places I ate at. To this day I don't think I have ever had better ribs. I'm not a rib expert but I always appreciated that there was a lot of meat on the bones. Most places I have been to had as much fat on their ribs as meat. I also loved the sauce. Perhaps there are better places in Milwaukee for ribs (Milwaukee's restaurant scene is much better than it was when I was growing up there in the 90s) but for my money there is no better spot than Saz's.
