Horrible management! Where do I start. When I showed up for my second appointment they informed me that their computer system crashed and they lost all of my information. No one could tell me what exactly happened or where all of my personal information went. My appointment was lost and I had to reschedule. At my next appointment I was told that I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. I set up another appointment to do so. Cavities were filled over my lunch break, I paid the price that was quoted and all was good, SO I THOUGHT! When I received my bill a month later I was shocked to discover that I was charged for six fillings. My wife and I spent the next month just trying to contact the manager and resolve the error. Once we did reach her she was rude and unwilling to help. We ended up speaking to Dr. Dean DeWispelare who was extremely friendly and promised that he would resolve the issue. Guess what? I'm still getting bills in the mail 6 months later. The management is so bad here that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they were unable to get a response from her as well. I seriously doubt that Dr. DeWispelare is even aware that his management is so poor. My hope is that he some how reads this and considers making some staff changes. Good luck Dr. DeWispelare!
