It's national grilled cheese month (apparently) and we sure have some good ones! Try the Bombay Hustle- artichoke and roasted red pepper spread with feta and cilantro all grilled up in curry butter! WHOA!

We are a small cafe in the heart of Queen Village, Philadelphia. We carry fair trade and organic coffee and offer an abundant selection of fine teas. In addition to the delicious drinks we serve, we specialize in extra-ordinary cafe fare; wraps, sandwiches, melts, homemade soups, salads, smoothies and baked goods. There is something for everyone at Red Hook, most of our food and drinks are available vegan or gluten-free!

Great spot in Queen Village. The coffee is always good and the food is surprisingly well done for a coffee focused spot. Real fresh ingredients and interesting preparations. Not a ton of room to sit around, but that's ok. Good place to hang for an hour and get some work done or talk to a friend.

I've been coming to this place for years and It's even better since the new owners took over. Their "4th" Friday art openings are always a fun time.

Everything about this place, from the decor to the coffee to the staff, is great. But why aren't they taking cards? Jump into the 21st century for that fifth star, folks.

The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with alfalfa sprouts on wheat was surprisingly greasy, but still very good.

A nice little independent coffeeshop. At first I thought, what's with these skeletons everywhere?, but then realized of course that it had a pirate theme going. There were some nice sofas on which to sit or use wi-fi. Our fancy latte drinks were tasty and service was good.
