Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of diabetes. But it looks like muscle-strengthening exercises help, too, according to the Nurses Health Studies. Even supposedly lighter forms of exercise like yoga and stretching reduced women's risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.

Rough eating day today... Not good gotta keep it going to run this race. Drinking Double Protein with banana, pineapple and strawberries with some Zija+. This has got to boost me up now.

Seems like good suggestions. 
Delicious sandwiches made with fresh bread, hearty soups, and crispy green salads are all great lunchtime fare. Condiment Swap: The easiest way to save calories when building a sandwich is to ditch the mayo. Make sure not to order honey mustard, because the sweetness adds calories. Swap Out Cheese For Avocado: Cheese may be a go-to condiment, but two slices adds 200 calories to your wrap or sandwich.
