We started last year (December 24) in Singapore and met one of my old ZS buddies Joseph Kuah there for tea. The week after we were in Taiwan with Gerardo's sister-in-law's family. A stop in SF included a visit with Cesar and MaryAnn. February had me in London so I saw John and Caro. Then we jump to the wedding receptions in Denver with my family, a side trip to Estes Park with Karen and Pete, then Mexico with Gerardo's family and friends, then the street party in Irvine. We got to the beach for Labor Day, then I was up in Snowbird for a work staff meeting. Thanksgiving was back in Estes with Karen and Pete, then I wrapped up my travel with a Chicago swing that caught two of my Haasmates-Todor (who lives in Moscow) and Arturo who is up in SF. The closing shot are the finished houses that make up the new view from our balcony.
When a minor plumbing problem threatened to make for a bad weekend, we called Dial One Sonshine and got them to come early on a Sunday morning to make a repair and get things running again. The problem just took a few minutes for Shawn to diagnose and fix and the bill was reasonable--especially for weekend service. Given their other offerings around A/C and their fare rates, I expect to have another review of them soon.
