Feel free to contribute. We're always happy about recommendations of good videos or articles explaining and illustrating psychotherapeutic approaches / techniques - especially of the ones not already covered.
Beware though, we're not aiming at a high number of posts, but quality and depth. Ideally, the video/website/article describing the approach hasn't already been introduced in the group, and/or is particularly interesting and/or contains parts of a live session or demonstration, so that followers can get a lively idea about it.

Virginia Satir (1916-1988) was an American social worker, known especially for her approach to family therapy and her work with family reconstruction. She is widely regarded as the "Mother of Family Therapy" and Systemic Psychotherapy.
In the video below (30 min) she gives an insight about her takes on personality development, self esteem, her ideas of the uniqueness of every human and other topics.

Short documentary about the approach of 'Transpersonal Psychology' and the technique 'Holotropic Breathing', developed by Stanislav Grof (Holotropic Breathing could be seen as a further development of Rebirthing-breathwork, which itself was developed by Leonard Orr in the 1970s). Note that this documentary is in German language.

Stanislaf Grof (together with Christina Grof) explaining the theories and techniques of Holotropic Breathing. Grof had originally researched LSD-based therapy, but later found that similar effects could be achieved with certain breathing techniques in a supportive environment.
