08 Lincoln town car I was an internet shopper and buyer. Tom Wilson distinguished him self and the dealership from the others I shopped with. Tom is responsive,candid,efficient and respectful. The car is as represented and what I hoped for. Tom and the dealership have earner and are deserving of high praise. I am grateful. Bill Sims

Great experience, no pressure sales. Bob has been especially helpful. Got a great deal on my used truck. I had some concerns when the check engine light came on shortly after purchase, I emailed Bob and he assured me their shop would take care of any issues since I JUST purchased it. Turned out it was just some water in one of the sensors that had to dry out after the engine was pressure washed, pretty common issue. I was very impressed that even after I signed on the proverbial dotted line, the dealership stayed in contact with me and was willing to stand behind the vehicle they sold. Great company.

I have to say for the "nicest" car dealership that some of these people swear this dealership is they were sure rude, aggressive and honestly lazy. This morning I came into the very horrible lot, no organization no signage no marked slots for parking, and was looking to simply get a quote for some work on my early 90's Jeep. I thought hey they are a Jeep dealer might as well get the work done right...NO! I will never get work done here, and because of the service department I will never buy a car here! I am getting ahead of myself: I entered the service department or shack depending upon how critical you want to be to be ignored by three employees. One who was dealing with Century Link for his mother, who took his sweet time to even look at me, and two who stood there talking about trucks and not actually getting anything done. Now as a former sales person I know that you need to greet people its kind of a big deal, like THE BIGGEST DEAL in sales. And while I wasn't there to make them $10k they still should take the time. After almost 10 minutes of waiting I was finally asked by the guy on the personal call what I needed and couldn't understand that I was looking for engine and drive train repairs, was too absorbed in body repairs (early 90's jeep why am I going to waste money on body repairs). He then went back to ignoring me while the center guy slammed away on his keyboard FINALLY getting the other guy in the shack taken care of and scheduled. After roughly 20 minutes I was finally asked to move to the far left terminal and asked what I needed where I was greeted by EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE cost quotes, and explained to that a simple switch (turn signal and wiper switch) on my steering column was going to mean a full column replacement? So for a $20 dollar part and 2 hours of work (MAX) they wanted to charge me for a $100 to 300 dollar part and THEN $95 per hour for the labor? Get real! or $200+ per Differential to replace gear oil? Thats an hour job if I drink a couple of beers while doing it at a maximum. Plain and simple this place is pathetic. Period. No customer service, Clearly they pad billing (since they wanted to do it prior to finishing a quote). Heres the deal people, these people need to go away. Pure and Simple. Let them rot in their own filth that they call HONEST and GOOD business. And to the idiots in the service department...Figure out what a brain is and start using it...because a rabid dog has better customer service.

I just purchased a new truck and they have honestly given me the best deal on a vehicle that I have ever received. The salesman was very patient as I asked easily a hundred questions over a 2 day period and test drove 4 different vehicles. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

My husband had been considering buying another Ford Super Duty F350, so he called and talked to David Niskanen, as he trusted him and felt he was treated fairly on his previous two purchases. David answered the questions he had, so we decided to go over and buy the truck they had talked about and my husband had looked at earlier in the week. David is very professional, helpful and makes sure you know everything there is to know about the rig before you leave the lot.

I normally do not buy a new car because I hate the haggling, etc. I met Bob Torbet and knew he had credibility right from the beginning. I am a retired army officer so I was looking for someone with integrity from the Go!. He listened to what I wanted and then he went out and found exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted. I gave him a tough challenge because I wanted a new 2014 F150 Ecoboost and there are not a lot of new ones out there with the color and features I wanted. Bob was able to make decisions about price and other things where other salesman have to run back and forth to get decisions. Bottom-line is I will refer my friends to Bob Torbet. He has been in the truck sales business for 27 years and it shows. Thanks Bob for a great truck with a great price?

The buying process was easy, but our salesman was really dishonest. As soon as the signatures were on the papers he took off literally turning his back to us, ignoring our inquiries about disregarding our agreement. Now we're stuck with a car with only 1 key fob that works 50% of the time. He told us that we'd have the other fixed before taking posession, but it was a bold-faced lie. Without a proper key fob the car is useless. It requires it to turn on the ignition and replacing one is going to cost hundreds of dollars and a lot of time out of our schedule. The salesman also did this despite knowing that we needed a reliable vehicle because of my neurological issue and upcoming brain surgery. The only reason why they get 2 stars is because it blew a coolant leak after taking it home and they fixed the hose.

I brought my car here to be changed recalling parts. They are always rude and arrogant. They only care their schedule instead of costumer's schedule. I don't want to go back this place.
