The summer roll appetizer we got weren't very good. The wrapper was hard like it had been sitting for a while. The rice bowl was good though and the service was adequate and friendly. If it hadn't been for the appetizer, I would have given it a four star.

I used to love pho hot, but unfortunately they use a lot of MSG in their pho so I will not eat there anymore. If you're trying to avoid MSG do not eat here.

Fresh ingredients, home made condiments and sauces with wonderful service in a clean modern restaurant

The owner treats his employees like trash - disrespectful. We WILL NOT come back to this restaurant EVER AGAIN!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. WATER IS CHEAP BUT THE WAITRESS NEVER ASKED US IF WE NEED SOME.

One year ago, I would have given it five stars, but the food quality has deteriorated significantly since then, unfortunately. The service is still attentive to the diner's needs and they're friendly. The pho is alright; it's not as good as some other places in Wichita, but certainly, not the worst. My main issue was with the vermicelli noodle dish (an Italian, rice based noodle served chilled; otherwise, known as "bun" by the Vietnamese, pronounced "boon") that I recently had. The noodles weren't fully cooked before being chilled and served. I'm not talking "al dente," but chewy to the point of crunchy. The fried spring rolls on the dish weren't as flavorful as they had been, previously and the barbequed pork was mostly grizzle.

Good Vietnamese cuisine. Quiet & pleasant atmosphere. Reasonably priced.
