Yes, it is a scam. Blaming the parents is the way of society but is wrong. Regardless of how someone was raised, we are responsible for our own integrity. Basically it is what the Bible says in 1 Timothy 6:10, LOVE of money is the root of all evil." The world we live in promotes the mindset that more money is better and boundaries are nonexistent. It is a clear picture of the state of the world and of mankind's heart.

I am passionate about educating people to prevent child abuse, sustaining our planet, being a good steward of money. I am passionate and committed to increasing awareness about the trafficking of
America's children and to preserving air quality by planting trees in residential yards, etc. There are so many more areas that I focus on in life. The most passionate focus in my life is my faith, my love for Jesus and just who I am in Him.

I doubt people who spend $400 a month on entertainment care about being frugal. Even $100 is excessive in my frugal opinion.  You have presented many options for people and ones that will draw people together instead of just partying in the same place.

I am looking forward to this series. I believe all of us will be shocked and enlightened.

Wow, this is pretty caustic. I believe most people are just so comfortable in their middle class lives that they see no reason to change. Until it is forced on them, they just go with the flow. Not everyone is that way of course. Many of us care about the environment, the world and our personal health and are making changes that benefit them all.

Maybe I can do it but my mind is creative and not at all useful in fixing things. My son in law is such a blessing in this regard. Your advice is great and it certainly can help a person save big bucks.

And some little child will not be working in a sweatshop for fifty cents a day for twelve hours at a time. Americans especially live with such excess that it is mind boggling. We purchase socks and underwear new and everything else is from a thrift store, yard sale or consignment shop. Old clothing also makes great braided rugs and many pet rescue organizations can use old clothing for cleaning or bedding. The possibilities are truly endless.

Thanks for the great ideas. Americans waste an incredible amount of food every day, enough to feed nations in famine. Here in our area most wild fruit goes to waste. We collect walnuts, persimmons, apples, etc. from wild trees and love that bounty.
