Damn!! I never leave reviews but we had such an amazing meal here last night. We decided to try it out because the menu looked great and the restaurant looked beautiful. And it was the real deal!! I haven't had vitello tonnato since a couple of nonnas made it for me when I lived in Tuscany. Classic. So good. My rabbit was great too. Perfectly braised, hearty, flavorful. Really everything we ate was fresh and well done. Service was perfect. Really quick and professional guy. I don't think you'll be disappointed here no matter how high your standards are. Thanks guys!

Best outdoor space in Chicago. Tony Prior puts out delicious, authentic Tuscan food. Top notch wine list as well.

My experience at this establishment was generally satisfactory. While I wasn't convinced that the entire serving staff is actually Italian, I found the effort to provide an ambience laudable. The octopus starter was very good, as was the Bruschetta. For the main course I had the Wild Boar Ragu and was very pleased with my choice. The service was excellent and the patio where I was seated was beautiful. I will most certainly return.

The back patio is a true gem- there is no other place in the city like it. Dining beneath a delicately lit tree canopy is truly romantic. The wild boar ragu was exquisite and I can't imagine a better place for a summer date.

I was a little hesitant when I saw the prices, so I ordered one of the cheapest things on the menu - the ravioli's. SHIIIIIIII IT WAS THE BEST RAVIOLIS I EVER HAD. STOP MAKING ME WANT TO SPEND MONEY

I definitely would not return. I'm not sure how they are considered a Zagat featured, 4/5 star restaurant Service was the absolute worst 40 minutes wait to place a food order, yes it was a party of 10 but, not what I've been use to at other restaurants at this caliber. Food was good, not great. Beautiful restaurant is the only positive note.

I am just smitten with this place. So charming - from the pear wallpaper to the gorgeous outdoor patio, we wanted to move in!! The service was absolutely top notch. We got excellent recommendations and an extremely attentive waiter, who most importantly, made us laugh and laugh the whole meal. My father-in-law basically wanted to ask him for is number, they loved each other that much. In fact, before we even left the restaurant we decided we'd book our rehearsal dinner there. To start we had the griglia mista. A light and fresh take on calamari. I, the hungry kid that I am, wanted to try multiple pasta dishes, so I ordered two "appetizer portions" to myself. Both (ravioli Piccolo Sogno and wild boar ragu) were outstanding. Literally did not have a drop of sauce left on the plate. My fiance ordered the whole branzino (off-menu item) which was as fresh as it comes. My father-in-law mentioned that he wanted veal, but not necessarily something as heavy as osso bucco. The server said I'll have the kitchen make something. His dish was the favorite of the table! I love a restaurant that will make anything happen for their customers. We also had multiple bottles of Italian wine, after dinner port and Sambuca. So excited to go back!
