Introduction
My name is Stephen Blum, founder of PubNub, a secure global Data Stream Network (DSN) and easy to use API that enables our customers to build, scale, and manage realtime functionality for their applications and IoT devices. With over 60 SDKs for every platform, guaranteed 250ms worldwide data transfer times, and scalability for hundreds of millions of devices, PubNub’s unique infrastructure gives you the ability to easily build and operate world-class realtime applications and IoT devices. PubNub is headquartered in San Francisco. 

I'm excited about the technical and the cutting edge.  I founded my first company in Seattle Washington in 2005 selling a first of its kind front-end real-time CMS http://ltsun.com LTSun.  My company was acquired in 2007. 


I enjoy: Real-time, Evented I/O, V8, Perl 5 and Perl 6, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, PHP, Erlang, Haskell.
