It's been a while, but I've been very busy with my website. Unfortunatly with it being a "1 man show" and with most of my time taken up with Family etc, I find it very difficult to get things done in the desired time frame. :( still, the site is looking ok...

Have officially decided to remove ALL CM products from my device. If a developer cannot have the basic courtesy to answer support questions when users are told they will get a response (as per their automated email "usually within 24hrs) and still be waiting for that response since 4th of May, then they really should not be operating in my view. They ask for feedback, it is given but nothing happens. It would be appreciated that if a user's query cannot be resolved, at least being told this would help rather than the black empty silence CM support team currently offer. Disgrace! 

Is anyone actually answering support tickets? The ones I have raised have been left unanswered for over 12 days. Not very good support!
