Amazing flavor and texture combinations. One of the best meals I've had.

This was a real treat. The staff was great, the atmosphere was amazing, and the food was even better than both. Everything was cooked to perfection. The combination of flavors and aromas from the bread to the dessert was intoxicating. Reservations are recommended and every table is truly the best seat in the house. Central kitchen is one of those special places in San Francisco that truly delivers an amazing dinning experience.

Nice brunch spot. Host was tricking us in waiting by saying 20 min, then, 20 min later she said its going to be another 20 minutes. Not very nice, I wish they were more upfront and transparent. But food was reasonably good.

Went here for Sunday brunch. The ambiance is incredible. Exposed concrete with foliage, lots of natural light, sleek stained wood. The food was good but not as great as I was expecting. I ordered the burger and the a sticky bun. The burger was tasty but I should have ordered it medium instead of medium rare. Too juicy / messy for my taste. The sticky bun was overwhelmingly sweet and indulgent for me. I also tried the mission huevos, which were delicious but pretty simple, and the french toast bread pudding, which wasn't as overwhelming as the sticky bun. If I go again I'll get the mission huevos.

Mind Blowing. Group from Montreal. We absolutely loved it. Hard to find a restaurant with high standards, this one gives you just that. Service was amazing (as the waiter constantly rated the food).

I've been to Central Kitchen twice now and each time I have been blown away. If you can set aside some money, I highly recommend going with the pre fixe meal for the evening. The dishes come out at a great pace and if you splurge with the wine parings, you'll find that they compliment each dish. Service has always been unbeatable as well. This is the perfect restaurant - a blend of delicious food, great service, without the pretentiousness.

The talented team at Central Kitchen can do things with carrots that will make you swear you've never had one before. Committed to local integrity, the Central Kitchen staff lays out a serious seasonal menu every week. The price is high but I recommend going for the chef tasting menu and wine pairing, it's a meal you'll likely remember always.
