To whom it may concern: my grandchildren and I was supposed to travel today 9/12/2015, which we missed.... At the airport I did the reservations, the Frontier Flight Attendant asked me if I wanted changed the return date and I answered that I only wanted to change my granddaughter return obviously if in the originals departure date she was booked for a fifteen days... As the same way second departure date obviously we want for it... So he said the date that I choose for her to come was available which is 10/10/2015... So he proceeded with the reservation changes... He told me that I have to pay for the fight we missed only and that I don't have to pay for the return because obviously we didn't get there yet... So he changed, he asked me twice about BENNICCETTE RETURN DATE AND I TOLD HIM THE DATE CLEARLY October 10, 2015... So when he finished the processing the changes he charged me for the changes and I payed... So when I came home I getting to the Internet to checkout my emails after I decided to getting into the FRONTIER TO CHECKOUT MY FLIGHT RESERVATIONS AND I FOUNDED THAT FLIGHT DEPARTURE CUSTOMERS SERVICES DIDN't changed my Granddaughter flight returned then I proceed to call to FRONTIER CUSTOMERS SERVICES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CHANGES LIKED IT Was MY FAULT THAT THE FLIGHT DEPARTURES CUSTOMERS SERVICES DIDN'T changed or didn't do it.... That's not my guild... So I need the changes and I'm don't have more money availability to loose or to pay...

Briana, I'm sorry we didn't see this 4 days ago. It's super easy to get a receipt with Frontier Airlines! You just go to www.flyfrontier.com/MyTrip/Check-In and put in your last name and RES code. Full access to your booking. I'm sorry our agents didn't know to tell you that. ^KH

My daughter flew as an unaccompanied minor from SLC to Colorado for spring break. We paid for a checked bag for her trip there. Her father sent her back on the return flight, and after she returned I noticed that Frontier charged us for her checked bag on the flight back from Colorado to SLC. I contacted Frontier and just spent TWO HOURS on the phone explaining that obviously if I was picking up my daughter in SLC, I was not present in Colorado to authorize the charge. The first customer service representative lied to me and told me they don't store debit or credit card information. Upon requesting for a supervisor, she informed me they DO in fact hold on to card information in their system. This is illegal. If I was not present to authorize the charge, Frontier is responsible and should be issuing me a refund - which they are not. Your customer service was also extremely unhelpful. It is comforting to know there are many other people who share in the terrible experience I've had with Frontier.
