What Frontier city is the neighbor to a cliff dwelling National Park, the home to prehistoric Ancestral Puebloans? #findflip

Frontier does not treat customers well at all and I will not fly with them again. My family and I vacationed to Orlando and our flight out to Florida was rescheduled for 6 hours earlier! This not only changed our itinerary, but added the extra cost of a hotel stay, rental car extension, and work leave lost. I called the main reservation line to resolve this issue and ask to get a flight around the same time as the original flight. I was told this was not possible but that if I wanted to contact customer relations after my trip they might reimburse me for the added $200 dollars to our trip.
We flew back from our trip last night and it was a nightmare! First off, our flight was scheduled at 7:14 p.m. but I saw from the Orlando MCO website that it changed to 9:24. It then changed to 9:46 and I called the customer service line and asked to verify our flight time. The representative said due to a delay the flight would leave at 9:46 pm. I was not told to arrive earlier to check in for the original flight time at 7:14 pm. This would have been helpful as we ended up almost not making our flight and arrived in Denver with only 2 of our bags.
Next, we spoke with baggage claim and was told that our other 3 bags, which by the way, was a car seat would be on the next morning’s flight. We were told because WE WERE LATE checking in that WE would have to pay for the luggage to be delivered to our home. I explained to the baggage claim person that we verified the time of the flight and was told by frontier that it would leave at 9:46 pm. The person told me that because it was a delay and not a scheduled flight that we should have been there for the scheduled time, which would have put us at the airport at 5:14 pm. So I asked the person if they expected their customers to wait for a flight for 5 hours and she said “yes”.  I couldn’t believe the responses of the baggage people and left the airport.
The customer service person called the next day (her name’s Tammy) she said it would take up to 5 hours to deliver our luggage and asked for payment for delivery. I told her the situation and she said she would waive the $30 dollar fee to deliver the luggage. The luggage was supposed to be delivered between 11:30 and 4:30 but never arrived.
My husband called the airline again and again and finally a driver called us back and said they were on their way but that traffic was bad (of corse it’s bad at 6 pm in Denver!!)
Frontier used to be great about 5 years ago and now has resorted to demeaning customers and treating them like they don’t exist as well as not providing solutions when problems arise. Not only are the customers treated bad but it seems the employees do not have the proper training to take care of customers and did not care if you lost your luggage or money due to changes in flight times. This is an incompetent airline and I can’t imagine this airline lasting much longer if this is how problems are handled.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Faced with potentially hungry — and grumpy — passengers, a Frontier Airlines pilot treated them to pizza when storms diverted a Denver-bound flight to Cheyenne, where the plane was stuck for a couple of hours. +FLYFRONTIER.COM That pilot was thinking on his "seat". I remember flying Frontier owned by Maytag Family. This pilot gets it when it comes to +Enchantment ala +Guy Kawasaki book of the same name. Can't wait to fly Frontier again soon. Wadda you think? sQs Delray Beach FL aka Village By The Sea

I stood at the counter almost 10 minutes before anyone showed up at FAT 1:40pm. I took pictures if you would like me to send them to you. For travelers' well being, how about a sign "someone will be with you shortly" or something. Frontier's attitude is lacking for the now.
