Re-imagining retail, account planning, Involvement Branding
Introduction
I help Internet companies, media publishers and brands better understand the ways in which consumer trends and emerging technologies are shaping the future of their businesses. I call this Involvement Branding.

Currently head of planning at an agency. Got my start in editorial, was a fashion blogger, became a community manager, designed a few social Web products, built an agency within an agency (social media, paid media, analytics), helped a couple of start-ups with their positioning (audience acquisition and engagement strategies).

Obsessed with collaborative content, the futures of retail, conscious consumption, and something I call Involvement Branding.
