I am a big fan of biscuits and gravy so I have very high standards when it comes to b & g. I couldn't decide what order fit what I wanted and the friendly employee suggested the cheesy pork 'n bitch with an over-medium fried egg on top. I ordered that and an orange infused mocha. Wow! I'm not a big fan of cheddar cheese on gravy but this was INCREDIBLE! The egg was perfect, the bacon pieces were fresh, thick and chewy and the biscuits were so fluffy, dense, and buttery good. For my drink the barista actually grated a long curl of orange peel into the cup and it was amazing. It tasted like a dark chocolate covered orange! Mmmm! 5 stars from a picky girl. This place is highly recommended.

Sooo delicious! And consistently friendly service. The best biscuits and gravy around in my personal opinion.

The Biscuit Bitch was a spur of the moment find for breakfast on our last day during a recent trip to Seattle. It was a cool, grey/drizzling morning, and some hearty biscuits and gravy sounded perfect to start the day. Being a short walk from our hotel, and realistically anywhere downtown, we quickly found the location, though it is easy to miss as they seem to share a space with Cafe Lieto, which I take to be some sort of symbiotic relationship. The biggest downside of the Biscuit Bitch is it's size, and subsequently the setup and flow of ordering/waiting around for your food. You enter at one end to a mass of people, some of whom have no choice but to stand in the way of the door. Once inside it is not immediately clear where to order (there is a sign, but there a lot of signs and things around, so it wasn't immediately obvious). To order you go through all the people waiting for their food to the back counter, put in your order and follow along the counter to pay and order drinks. Then you join the crowd... We happened to go in on what I assume was a very busy morning, and ended up waiting over 20 mins for our food. Fortunately the food was worth the wait. I had the Cheesy Pork Bitch and added a couple of fried eggs on top for good measure. The veritable boat of food I received looked and smelled amazing (mostly like deliciously smoky bacon). The portion was huge and I polished it off without hesitating and would absolutely go back for more. Not that it is in anyway important to me, but for those out there that might care: they do offer both vegetarian and gluten free options. I doubt there is much they can do about their set up, so don't be put off by the large crowd or confusing ordering infrastructure, it's well worth it in the end.

Great coffee shop during the day - and at night -- biscuits until 2am. Late night eating in downtown. The perfect stop after an evening at the bars.
