I went to this restaurant on a whim simply because of the name. When I got there on a Sunday morning there was a line waiting for the doors to open. The service moved fast and looking over the menu I had a choice between many different types of breakfast sandwiches and many different types of biscuits and gravy. Choosing the Bitchwich and a Chai tea, I sat down and waited only a few minutes before the food was ready. My sandwich, Bitchwich, was mouthwatering even prior to the first bite. I have to say this was the BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten!! I will gladly recommend to friends and family who go to Seattle!

Read about this place online and I'll admit I just wanted to go for the name. Staff was super friendly and saw that I was sweating so offered me a glass of water. Ordered the egg, cheese and sausage sandwich, walked around a bit then drove to a park to eat it. Was still warm and was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten. Granted, I don't eat breakfast sandwiches more than once a month, but this was the best. The biscuit was super tasty, flaky but not falling apart so that I couldn't eat the sandwich. I took one back to NJ with some peanut butter to eat the next day and that was also really good. The inside is a little small, can seat 10 people maybe and during the busy hours I could see this place being packed easily. My sandwich was just over $5 and I feel was a good price for what you get. If back in Seattle, I'll be back here without a doubt!

This wasn't that great.. It was cold, and the gravy didn't have a lot of flavor and not that creamy. Me and my girlfriend left both of ours unfinished, and actually left to go eat somewhere else. We got the cheesy pork biscuit bitch and smokin' hot bitch. I'll say the bacon was pretty thick and awesome, but the cheese wasn't melted all the way and it just hot enough.. Smokin hot bitch wasn't spicy, the hot-links were definitely NOT Louisiana hot-links, and the pickled jalapeños were strait out of the sour jalapeño pickle jar. They have mushroom or beef gravy, but couldn't tell the difference because they were both so bland. History of my biscuits journey: I'm a big fan of biscuits and gravy. My grandma was from Oklahoma and a phenomenal cook, and biscuits are a southern thing. Since she's passed, I've been trying all the biscuit and gravy places (such as driving all the way to portland for "pine state biscuits").

Holy mother of biscuits and gravy this place is banging. Great fluffy biscuits, smooth tasty grits and gravy that is southern worthy. Being from Charleston, SC this place made me feel I was back home eating a breakfast! Just make sure not to walk past it since it is pretty small.

Sassy name aside, this place was okay. Since it's downtown, parking is a nightmare, and it takes a while to get your order. The biscuits were good but they weren't the best we had in Seattle, especially considering the wait and lack of seating -- try Dish or Serious Biscuits & Pie first. On a brighter note, I've always enjoyed local restaurant/bar goods (stickers, t-shirts, mugs) as souvenirs, and they were offering a free sticker for Facebook check-ins, so there was that!
