Nice printer
All, I have been assembling a larger size Talos printer with print area that is larger than a TAZ5 printer over the last few weeks.

I was looking for a printer with the direct drive #Bondtech mini extruder, to try flexible filaments that was not easily possible on the HercuLien or Rostock MAX V2. I still have tuning to do but the first prints have been exceptional with limited amount of tuning and will start soon with Flexible filaments.

My TAZ4 donated the glass and a few minor items, the rest is all new with 110VAC heat bed. The Talos all metal printer design is far more rigid, prints at higher speeds and quality than my TAZ4. Several of the printers parts (metal and plastic) were adjusted to match my selected components, and a few new ones were added.

I agree with +Eric Lien, +Alex Lee you designed a heck of a printer, far superior in print quality and overall print speed than the TAZ4 it has replaced and this printer gives the best surface finish of any of my 3 printers.

Here are a few quick images of the printer and some calibration pieces that were printed on this Talos.

What does everyone think about this? http://www.nvidia.com/object/jetson-tx1-module.html

Ok so a new problem I was printing well last night. Then I started a print and went to walk the dog came back and nothing. Sat down here thinking that it was something just taking a while to heat up after a hour more i turned it off and went to bed.

Rigidbot big all base components
Troubleshooting so far
Restarted everything reset the printer (and killed power) ran a autotune (M303 S230 C10) to make sure its working. And I am at this point.
I can turn the printer off after reset and preheat the tip and the bed the bed takes 45 min to heat up.
I have full XYZ extrude reverse set temp controls.
When I hit print the command is given on the command line and nothing happens.
I push pause to get out of currently printing and, I have no control over XYZ extrude or set temp controls until reset and restart.

Which one should I get and any reasons why or other options? I will be upgrading my power supply to a meanwell 450 at the same time as well and i might go for a bowden setup in the future.

A step to one side then a large step 5 or so layers later other than that look great. Any ideas? I'm trying to fix the bottom curling up with turning on the heated bed.
