Just as Scottie helped Michael perform at the highest level, our steaks rely on carefully selected seasonings to achieve peak performance. Care for a skirt steak?

These laughing bird shrimp are raised in the Caribbean, then used to top our prime, dry-aged filet. If there's a more decadent surf and turf in the city, we've yet to taste it.

I stayed in the Intercontinental where the Michael Jordan restaurant is on the fist floor. We went there as we didn't want to search or go very far. It was a great choice. The service was really great and very attentive. The food was very good too. I had the bone in Rib-Eye which was really flavourful and had some great caramelised exterior. It was cooked as requested and the sides were very good as well. A very good steakhouse, certainly in line with the other good steakhouses in Chicago.

I was staying at Intercontinental. It was a cold and rainy November night, so why not get a good steak right in the building? Why not indeed. Casual dining section was meant for single traveller such as myself. There was only one wait staff for the whole section, which had 7 tables of diners. She was slow, didnt bother asking me if the steak was cooked ok and only showed at the end to collect my money. It would have been fine if the delmanico steak was worth the $54 price tag. The steak came with balsamic (a lot of it!) on top which was poured onto my steak without asking. I should have known then that it was going to be bad. It was cooked medium well against my request for medium. Even if I disregard that little fact, it was tough, didnt have enough fat and completely lacked any flavor except for the balsamic. Maybe it's a midwest thing to drench overcooked flavorless meat in strong sauce. Maybe I am spoiled in NYC and Philly to pay less for better steaks and quality service. If this place is considered "fine dining", I truly feel bad for those who don't know any better.

My wife and myself had dinner on 9/10/2015. The service and attention was incredible, the 7 mushroom soup was the best I've ever had, Mash potatoe trio and Mac n Cheese was awesome and the Ribeye steak was the best I've ever had. Super tender, juicy and tasty!

I am giving this place such a bad review because one of my friends got food poisoning from the mushrooms he had with his steak. And to top this off...the manager and waitress both blew off the whole issue and did not pay much attention to the fact that my friend got sick within 15 minutes or so from eating his food. Granted he did not actually throw up until he got home. But when you looked at him... it was easily apparent something was quite wrong. I hope Michael Jordan's is reading this..... My Dinner Party was there Saturday night 05/16/2015 at 6:30 pm for a table of 10. We sat in the upstairs dinning room on the left just to the left of the wine racks. Your lack of concern for the fact that one in our party got SICK from eating YOUR FOOD shall be the determining factor for me to NEVER go back to any of your establishments again. As well as I shall highly recommend NO ONE I know to visit your establishments in the future.

The food was overpriced. I ordered the prime rib at $54 and the taste was not worth the money. When I first tasted it, I felt like it was missing something. A short time later the waiter came back with au jus that they forgot to put on there. It still taste like it was missing something so I order horseradish thinking maybe that would help. It didn't. I've had aged prime rib before and this was definitely not worth the price. The waiter did take it off my bill. Our bill was still almost $300 and no one was overwhelmed with their food. Everything is a la carte. The mash potatoes were the best I've ever had. This was my first trip to downtown Chicago and my group was disappointed with our choice of this restaurant.

It was - meh. Looks like Jordan name is there for them to raise the price of crappy drinks to $15. We just sat at the bar and got a couple drinks to start with. The bartender thought too high of himself and mixed below average cocktails - an Old Fashioned and a Last word. Yes you may think I am a snob but no - these drunks are not that hard to mix. There was way too much lemon in the Last Word and you could tell it was stale lemon juice. Also, it's not a $3 well drink - I'm paying $15 for this drink. The least I can expect is to have fresh ingredients. After that, we didn't bother ordering any food.

I'm a huge fan of Michael Jordan!!! Lucky me we were seated on MJ's personal table 23!! The restaurant was nice, two stories. First floor was the bar area where all his pictures were hung on the walls, and upstairs was the restaurant. We started off with some cocktails. I had the strawberry plouch, it was very similar to a Moscow mule. We started out with the famous cheese garlic bread, it was good but a bit on the salty side. Followed by the bone in rib eye, macaroni cheese and Caesar salad..I thought everything was just okay...BUT! I still think everyone should try it out.

Everything here was the best I've ever had. Best filet mignon, best mashed potatoes, best garlic break, best crab cakes. Waitress was incredible, and I loved every moment of it.
