First time I came in 2011 and it was a good experience, I remember friendly staff, good coffee, and peaceful view of rice paddy and wild ducks. That's why I revisit this place in 2016 just to sit down and enjoy a drink. I ordered cold-pressed juice (real good and fresh), but then it's a real turn off when the waitress became really pushy for me to order some food, at some point I felt as if they tried to kick me out by asking same question multiple times. So I drank my drink, left, and never look back. Disappointed with the experience, but at least the ducks were still there...

Went here for drinks and nibbles. The passion fruit mojito was refreshing and not too sweet. Dips m, zucchini fritters and calamari were tasty.

Got Tuna pizza and had enough for takeaway for lunch the next day also, the setting was gorgeous and ambient, quiet and fancy atmosphere.

Beautiful view! The restaurant has rice fields next to it. We were lucky to see them prepare the fields for a new batch of rice plants. Food was delicious and I would recommend the free flow fruitwater refill.

I first came here in 2009 and it was a lot more authentic than it is now (2016)... It is sad that restaurant in Ubud turned to European kind of menu. The restaurant lost its spirit by turning to much Occidental. If you are looking for food you use to eat then go there.. If looking for Balinese food then go someplace else. The prices are really expensive just for nothing. Nevertheless, the food is OK but I suspect that some of the preparation are just coming out of the microwave (e.g. the Brownie's)

Good place for a chilled dinner. Some drinks, good food and a small rice field in front...

I have been to Bali/Ubud many times & every time I am eagerly awaiting my trip to 3 monkeys cafe. The frozen lime mint granita style drink is to die for & I try to replicate it at home in Australia often but can't seem to perfect it as they have. I'm vegetarian & all their veg options are delicious, think I'm going to try & replicate their zucchini fritters next. This place seems to be always busy, they have nice rice fields to view out back of restaurant with refreshing breeze. No complaints about service either. Overall my fav place to eat/drink in Ubud.
