A lively spot serving classic Cuban cuisine, with live music and hand-rolled cigars on weekends.- Google
"Great mojitos, terrific house band and the grilled calamari app is to die for."

The place is not worth the stars at all. The food was really bad, starting from appetizers through the main courses. The dishes served at other tables look equally bad. I am shocked at the good opinions this place has gotten. The service was beyond bad, waiting for 20min to get a glass filled with water, slow slow slow!!! Bad, never going back there.

Great food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. My daughter and I were back in NYC for business and went to this restaurant. Truly enjoyed. It is a must.

I have chosen this restaurant based on the reviews here. unfortunately the food and drink quality doesn't match the prices. Glass of average Sangria for 11 USD and Seafoof Paella for 29 USD. The seafood was fresh but the overall experience wasn't very good. Live music only starts at 9pm. Even though the staff was quite pleasant I would not return to the restaurant again.

Very good cuban food in a lively environment. I'm not certain if they have a live band every night, but the one that performed the night I was there had people out of their seats and dancing. I recommend the Cubano sandwich, tostones, and Cuban garlic chicken. The dessert was great too. I had the delicious guava crepes and a perfect cafe con leche. #googlecityexperts

food was alright. there's plenty of other Cuban restaurants that are less or about the same price but the food is great. This was overpriced, drinks were too. The service was alright, all the waiters and hostess looked mad and unhappy to be there. waited so long for refill on my water, i had the glass right near the edge of the table but nothing. It wasn't even busy on a Sunday afternoon, that should've given me a red flag. I also saw a family of 4 just get up and leave. Not sure what happened there. Not worth the trip. The only thing I liked was the dessert- awesome 3 leches.

Tasty and relatively inexpensive for midtown, and a cuisine that's still a bit unusual. Can get loud when it's full - but overall a pleasant and filling experience.

I went there on a double date and it was such a fantastic atmosphere. Very open and everyone was very wecoming. I did not want to dance but one of the owners literally came and took me up from the table!...it was my first time dancing to merengue and salsa. It was fun. For dessert i had the chocolate cake with Vanilla icecream...DELICIOUS!
