Are you having a problem while breathing due to this stuffy nose? Then follow these simple tips which will effectively reduce your stuffy nose and helps you to breathe comfortably.

Have a steamy shower which helps to thin the mucus in your sinuses and reduces the inflammation that causes congestion. It helps for a shorter period of time but relieves best.

Use a warm compress which helps to open up your nasal passage from outside. For this, you have to soak a towel in warm water and squeeze out the water from the towel and fold it to place it on your face particularly on your nose and forehead to ease the pain and inflammation with its warmness. Repeat this as often as possible until you get relief from the inflammation in your nasal passage.

Blowing your nose repeatedly when your suffering from stuffy nose will make the situation worse as there is nothing to expel it and more inflammation on the inside membranes of your nostrils.

Have a mint or chew a real mint chewing gum which helps to prevent the congestion. Regularly take the mint supplement like peppermint tea, etc. which helps to thin the mucus and open up the nasal passages.

Get an additional pillow which is soft / firm while sleeping to elevate your head for a comfortable sleep in an upright position.
Take a kerchief and add few drops of peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil or a teaspoon of crushed carom seeds powder and tie it. Place this near your pillow to inhale the smell for relief from congested nose and discomfort breathe.

Regularly have a hot herbal tea which helps to thin your mucus and also flushes out the toxins inside your body so have it for complete relief from the nasal congestion.

Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools as the chlorine in the pool water will irritate the mucous membranes in your nasal passages.

Given below are 7 remedies to reduce benign age spots.

Lemon juice works as a natural bleach to lighten dark spots on skin. Thus, you may apply freshly squeezed lemon juice on the age spots for about 20 minutes to remove them. You may also use a combination of lemon juice and yogurt. Moreover, you may mix a little almond oil in lemon juice and apply it on skin two times in a day.
Soak the skin in warm water for about 20-30 minutes to soften it. Then, dip a Q-tip in hydrogen peroxide solution and apply it on the affected area. Rinse it off after 15-20 minutes. Repeat this procedure three days in a week for a few weeks. Alternatively, you can soak a cotton ball in the liquid, put it on the affected area and wrap a bandage around it so that it stays on skin overnight. It is best to use 12% hydrogen peroxide solution. You can get it easily from any beauty supply store. Before following this treatment, make sure you test your skin’s tolerance to this liquid by applying it on a small patch.

Generously apply pure aloe vera gel on your skin for 30-45 minutes to diminish sun spots naturally. Follow this remedy twice daily for at least three to four weeks.

Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one teaspoon of onion juice. Dip a cotton pad in this solution and apply it on your age spots two times in a day. Alternatively, you can simply dip a piece of onion in apple cider vinegar and rub it on the affected area. If you do not want to use onion juice then, replace it with orange juice. Follow the treatment for at least five to six weeks.

Mash a quarter cup of unripe red currants and add a tablespoon of organic honey in it. Apply this mixture on your age spots. After 30 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Rub dandelion root sap on the affected area two to three times in a day. Furthermore, you can take dandelion root extract and add dandelion root powder in your face masks.

Age spots can be removed using cosmetic treatments like laser therapy, dermabrasion, cryosurgery, and so on. Before going for any of these treatments, though, you may try chemical peels, skin bleaching creams, and other topical medications like Retin A (tretinoin), hydroquinone creams, creams containing glycolic acid and licorice extract, etc. to fade the spots.

To avoid age spots, it is essential to wear a sunscreen with SPF 15 or more whenever you step out in the sun, especially during the peak hours, that is, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Re-apply after every two to three hours. Besides, wear long sleeved shirts, hats, long skirts, long pants, etc. to keep the skin covered and hence, protected from sun exposure.

Method – 1: (Honey with Lemon)

Take a lemon and cut it into half and take one half piece of lemon

Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water
Repeat this method twice a week to get complete relief from the blackheads and their future comings.

Or you can add a pinch of baking soda to the lemon – honey mixture and apply this on the face for better results. 
Method – 2: (Warm Honey with Lemon)

Take a small cup of honey and heat it for few minutes to get warm (but not hot)
Take a lemon and cut it into half and dip half a lemon pieces in warm honey
Take it out and scrub it all over your face by focusing more on the blackheads affected area like nose, chin, etc.
Let it sit for 5 minutes or until it gets dries completely.
Rinse it off and repeat this once on every alternative day to prevent this blackheads.

Lemon Remedy for Menstrual Cramps:

How to make?

Prep Time: 3 hours, 20 minutes

Ingredients
For the Fudge:
3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
pinch of kosher salt
1 cup heavy cream
2 cup white chocolate morsels
3/4 cup peanut butter
7oz jar marshmallow cream
For the Drizzle:
1/2 cup peanut butter morsels, melted
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
Instructions

Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat granulated sugar, butter, salt and heavy cream until combined. Bring to a ROLLING boil and stir continuously for 4 minutes (set your timer)!
Remove from heat. Quickly whisk in white chocolate, marshmallow and peanut butter (I usually put these ingredients in my kitchen aid and whisk them for about 1-2 minutes). Pour fudge into prepared pan and refrigerate for 3 hours, until hardened.

Remove from pan, remove lining. Cut into bite sized pieces. Drizzle with melted peanut butter, melted chocolate or both! Allow to set, about 20 minutes. ENJOY.
