Women are a minority at most business schools, but not at the Drucker School of Management. According to a U.S. News & World Report analysis of enrollment data from nearly 300 schools, Drucker had the sixth highest percentage of full-time female enrollees for the 2014-15 academic year.
At two schools, about two-thirds of MBA students were women in 2014-2015, U.S. News data show.

Drucker School alumnus Arturo Noriega (MBA, '05) founded Centro Community Partners, an Oakland-based nonprofit that helps low-income women and minority entrepreneurs become effective, socially-conscious business leaders. Centro has been so successful that Noriega—along with help from fellow Drucker alumnus Daniel J. Healy (MBA, 2011)—recently launched an app that is spreading the organization’s innovative entrepreneurship model across the US and throughout the world.
Centro Community Partners, founded by Drucker alumnus Arturo Noriega, helps low-income women and minority entrepreneurs become effective business leaders.

Bernard Jaworski, the Peter F. Drucker Chair in Management and the Liberal Arts at Claremont Graduate University's Drucker School of Management, recently won the Harold H. Maynard Award for an article he co-authored in 2014 with Goutam Challagalla and Brian R. Murtha.
 
The Journal of Marketing presents this award for an article that has made the most significant contribution to marketing theory and thought over the previous year.

Alumnus Doug Rauch (EMBA, '94), the former president of Trader Joe's, has launched a nonprofit grocery store that sells surplus and aging food at deep discounts in a low-income neighborhood of Boston. Rauch came up with the idea because he was frustrated by how much unsold food goes to waste in a country where millions of people can't afford to eat well. Introduction

The Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, or more commonly, the Drucker School of Management, is the business school of Claremont Graduate University, which is a member of the Claremont Colleges. The school is named in honor of Peter Drucker, who taught management at the school for over 30 years.
