This is one of my favorite parks. We hike, walk our dog, and mountain bike here regularly. It's a great place for exercise, and you can easily get 2000 feet of mountain bike climbing in 8 miles of riding, with hills left over in case you have anything left over! After rains the trails are muddy with soft clay and unsuitable for mountain biking (and sometimes a pain for hiking), and I wish they posted trail closures online. The views are fantastic.
