Android Wear+Watch Faces are a lot easier now!
After reading this blog post, it didn't quite sink in, but the #IO17 talk [1] from today really helped crystalize awesome work the Wear team is doing to make development easier.

The move of the Wearable Support Library into an official open source Support Library is great, but I think I'm personally most thrilled about the new TextRenderer and ComplicationDrawable parts of the Wear Support Library which will make adding complication support so much easier.

The watch face settings sample (for easily bringing in just what you need for a high quality settings activity) and the test suite data provider for testing out your complications are hugely useful additions as well.

Really excited to see the new issue tracker roll out! Having it on the same tool as we use internally at Google will definitely make it easier to track, triage, and respond to issues going forward.
