"At the recent National Ergonomic Conference, 2017, I presented the Mind/Body Approach to Ergonomic Training to OTs, PTs, Ergonomic and Risk Management and Safety Specialists, HR, and CEOs. During the workshop I saw the importance of creating a program for companies to "Train the Trainers and Specialists." By training the trainers in companies, I can help them overcome their own pain and avoid injury. They can then teach employees the added importance of mind/body techniques and methods to Ergonomic Assessments and Back Schools"
