PBL has officially opened and named our new multi-million pound pharmaceutical laboratories with a ribbon cutting ceremony lead by Baroness Jane Scott of Bybrook OBE, Leader of Wiltshire Council. The facility has been named the Atkinson Development Centre (or ADC) in tribute to Professor Tony Atkinson, a former laboratory Director, at Porton

The ADC will be used to support ongoing research into and improved characterisation of the current portfolio of life-saving products and also enable us to make our specialist expertise available to other organisations, from academia to industry, wishing to develop the next generation of biological medicines.
