Best place to buy gadgets, awesome customer service very friendly. Need any help just ask. They are non commission based. They don't up sell. Awesome environment to shop. They don't always have everything in store but they can do free shipping to your house, awesome

Non commissioned sales people that have no reason to lie were very helpful in finding me the best deal for my needs. We found it was not in stock and they had it shipped to my door at no cost to me. I knocked off one star because I felt that at least one store in the city should have had stock. While reading these reviews remember an angry off person will tell anyone they meet their perception of what occurred while a Satisfied person may only tell a friend or two.

Staff has little to no knowledge of their products and sell EVERYTHING in the store as a "this is popular" or "this is the next big thing" approach without having any opinion or expertise to back up their claims. They're condescending and I'm sure take advantage of people who don't know any better. I was thoroughly offended by listening to sales pitches in home audio, video games, cell phones / cameras and movies. They do not sell you what you're looking for, they sell you only whatever is in. It's pathetic and insulting, do not shop here.

they are so nice there. I had a complicated problem and they went the extra mile to get me the manager to facilitate my need. Great sales people even those in training. Would recommend to anyone.

Very unimpressed. Given the wrong cord even though I told them it was the wrong cord they continued insisting it was the correct one even though it was an EXTENSION of the one i needed and even said so on the box. Treated like I was an idiot. Not coming back.

Like: The store was very organized and easy to find the items I needed. Like: A friendly staff member who had little to no knowledge of cameras was quick to find the person working the camera section. Dislike: The assistant who was called to help me in the camera section was almost unexcited to help, giving me a sentence long answer then walking away. Prior to getting help, there was another customer who almost pushed to get in front of me to get assistance, and that staff member seemed very happy to help them. It took a a minute or so to receive what little answer I got. He immediately returned to help the customer that he started with. That was not very satisfying.

Absolute GARBAGE! I applied here, and when i arrived for an interview, the general manager Roger criticized my clothing. "too casual" "You're applying for a multi-billion dollar company". I understand first impressions, but don't be a rude, ignorant idiot who can't even run your own store properly. He never responds to emails, can't even get interviews going, hell, he can't even get his own people to answer the phone. I specialize in computers and OH MY GOD no one there knows a damn thing about them! They're nothing but garbage! He lost an amazing employee for the Christmas sale. Don't give this place business. I hope he loses his job, and store. They all need a damn good reality check. It's really sad how retarded and ignorant these people are, especially their management. Note: When i got interviewed at the St James location, they did not mind the casual wear. Why? Because first impressions aren't everything and that manager, Mike, knew that. If you're going to shop at a FutureShop location, go the extra kilometer(s) and give them your business. Pembina is trash.

I bought my MacBook Pro with Retina Display 15'' on mid of June, and found a scratch on it. So I went back for exchange, I said to the manager, saying there is a scratch on the side of the laptop and want to exchange it. He checked on it and said you should go to Apple store at Polo Park for exchange. Therefore, I said, I bought it here, I should get the exchange here. He said, no you should go to Polo Park for exchange. OK!!! I went to Polo Park, the staff in Apple store said, you should go to future shop for exchange because you bought it from them, not from us. OK!!!!!! I went back again, I said what the Apple staff just told me to that manager, and handed in the Apple staff's business card. I said if you don't believe me, phone them! That manager had nothing to say, and hesitate for a while. Then he told others to prepare my exchange. So, several days later. I didn't get any information about my exchange, no emails, no phone call, no tracking number from post office, etc. Again, I went back again and asked my Macbook arrived yet? The staff handed me the new Macbook. That is to say, although the new one arrived at the store, they just didn't inform you to pick it up. I don't even want to shop at Future shop again, even though I have to pay more in other place! Basically, the manager just denied to perform their duties as a retailer, PLUS my laptop still has a 14-day return period to unconditionally get exchange or refund. In business world, customers have the right to get an exchange when their product are defective. I am done with dealing business with Future shop!! PLUS, they just don't answer your phonecall at all... What customer service is that?!?!?! If I have option, I won't even give them 1 star! I will give them negative star!!!
