Hi Vinay,

You have recorded a False review. As a proof, you have mentioned as thousands of dollars but you have purchased it for more than 60% discount at a lowest price.

Second - You mentioned as worst product and having issues but after the month of July we are keep on sending you the followup emails but we didn't get any response from your end so how come you can say the product is worst and having bug without even given the consolidated issue list.

Third - You have mentioned as no support - But you have received reply from our end for every email you have sent from March 2016 to till moment. On top of it we have also provided the updated source code of Version 2.0 as agreed so I wonder how you are saying there is no support for you from our end. Added to that we have given one month of technical support with the purchase so it is already been expired months ago but still we are extending our hands to help you out.

If you need help from our end to sort out your logical issue please let us know rather than placing the false comment. Hope you understand.

It's unfortunate to hear from you. Due to some communication hurdle, we would not be able to work together. We will work on the business model according to the customer need. We are not a fraud company and we are assisting the customers who are doing business. We will get the service advance as initial payment. We will change some module then we will proceed with mid payment . Added to that customers will release the final payment only when they will be satisfied with our progress and work done. We are in the market for the past 8 years serving the customer. We are having 98% customer satisfaction and also working on the remaining 2% to provide the best customer service.
