Spaghetti Squash w/ Quick Homemade Lean Meat Sauce +CleanFoodCrush

Orange-Almond Chicken Tenders. 

Makes 8 tenders:

■Preheat oven to 350 f
■Spray flat baking sheet with coconut oil spray.

{Ingredients}
■8 chicken tenders rinsed and patted dry with paper towels. 
■2 Tbs fresh squeezed orange juice
■2 Tbs Dijon mustard
■pinch of sea salt
■1 cup blended almonds (blend in blender or food processor just until crumbly)
■Zest of one fresh orange
■ground pepper to taste
■1/4 tsp garlic powder (can ommit if you wish)

{Directions:}
Combine orange juice, mustard and salt in a small bowl. 
On a separate plate combine remaining ingredients. 
Dip chicken into the mustard mixture, then dredge with almond crumb mixture. 
Place on baking sheet, bake 15-17 minutes until cooked through (depends on the size tenders).

Italian Inspired QUICK Shrimp Bake. 
Fast & FUN clean dinner idea! 

Directions:
{Oven preheated to 375 degrees}
Serves 4 (I doubled for my fam)
■1 lb jumbo or large shrimp peeled and deveined tails on
■1 cup grape tomatoes
■3 small zucchini chopped into small bite size pieces
■2-3 Tbs Olive oil
■2-3 minced garlic cloves
■The juice of a fresh squeezed lemon
■Sea salt & ground pepper to taste

{Combine everything on a flat sheet pan. Bake 10-11 minutes, until shrimp are fully cooked, I sprinkled with fresh Italian parsley}♡
