Our Story

Change & Opportunity

In the spring of 2007, Ben Nash was studying and working as a teaching assistant in political science at the University of Connecticut, but was feeling restless. Realizing that an academic career was not the path he wanted to pursue, he began looking for new opportunities. He didn’t have to look far. Around the same time, Kevin Nash, Ben’s father, decided that a change was in order. After spending more that twenty-years in senior management positions around the world, Kevin endeavored to try something new: start a business.

Learning Curve

Having only recently concluded graduate school, Ben had limited business experience and relied heavily on Kevin’s corporate experience to meet the many challenges of owning and operating a small business. Regardless of the challenges before them, both Ben and Kevin were up to the task of making sure their nascent business got off the ground. In 2007, they launched Aspen Organization Development Consulting (Aspen OD) with the goal of helping organizations reach “peak performance” through Talent Management, Change Management, and Employee Training and Development services.

Today

Since 2007, Ben and Kevin have been serving customers throughout the U.S. and Europe, offering their expertise and services to companies both large and small. In 2011, they made the decision to focus their efforts on their Employee Assessment Services with the vision of helping leaders in any organization, regardless of size, make the BEST hiring and employee development decisions possible! They make this possible by offering cost-effective, high-quality, well designed, and easy to understand employee assessment reports that can be ordered through their website and delivered to their customers any time, any where!
