I. Introductions (10 minutes)

II. Ratify the Goal of WoCiD (5 minutes)
- The goal of Women of Color in Development is to bring together a network of people committed to diversifying leadership in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on developing leaders who are women of color. 

III. Discussion: Objectives for WoCiD (15 minutes)
- The discussion will be a group brainstorm to create a list of objectives for the group, based on the feedback of members

IV. Discussion: Programmatic Partners (15 minutes)
- confirm a list of possible programmatic partners

V. Discussion: Committee Structure (10 minutes)
- Committees that have been suggested so far: Membership (recruitment of new members); Advisory (members who offer leadership, advice and membership referrals); 501(c)(3) (to helm the 501(c)(3) application process); Social Media (to build the web presence)

VI. Next Steps (5 minutes)

VII. Networking Reception (60 minutes)
