Readers, I'd like your opinion on this. Are you familiar with Diana Gabaldon's series, Outlander? Historical fiction that goes deep into Scottish, British and American history, a romance that defies time, with a fantasy element running through it. I'm a fan. I have a conundrum.

Excellent. Still have impression of My Teen Romatic Comedy is Wrong As I Expected. (2013). Hachiman (CV: Takuya Eguchi), Yukino Yukinoshita (CV: Saori Hayami), and Yui Yuigahama (CV: Nao Toyama). Even more relieved with original voice actor cast.

OK. I do not dislike the opening as much as I first thought I did. As I watch in the anime it sort of has this infectious funny and happy energy.

A second season of Noragami is in the works to the utter shock of many I'm sure. While I was perhaps one of the few rare exceptions that was fine with the one season of Noragami since be it the han...

I very much enjoyed the music video and the music. I think the vocals are what I like best.

Sigh. Why does Kill La Kill even continue to be talked about. All I think when I see that anime is that is looks stupid. And it doesn't help that the animation is not exactly pleasing.

Sometimes I wonder why I am a fan of anime.

In any case, of all the anime showcased. Very much enjoyed Noragami, Space Dandy, Chaika The Coffin Princess, and Haikyu!! I saw a few others but did not think they were all that impressive. I mean I did like No Game, No Life but did not think it was all that impressive even if thought Shiro was incredibly cute!

Also: I am sorry I do not think I could give Ping Pong a chance. I just think the animation is too cringe worthy. Anyway. Your AZ Anime 2014 Part 1 was entertaining. Thanks very much.

The distinction is that animation is the rapid succession of drawings that give off the appearance of movement, and an art style is the cohesive style of character, object, and background designs that run throughout a work. There is a difference.

For me the art style helped alleviate the show from looking completely standard to unique by modern anime standards.
