I took my niece and 2 nephews here with my sister, hoping to get them frozen hot chocolate and something sweet. We ordered 5 pieces of cake and 5 iced hot chocolates. My nephews and niece were 5 and 6, they took one sip of the frozen hot chocolate and said it tasted like watery, cold coffee. Unfortunately, i had to agree. So I asked the cashier if i could change the iced hot chocolates and just get ice cream. She said "no refunds or exchanges. I have to charge you full price for the ice cream." so I paid her, and 15 minutes later, she still hadn't gotten the icecream. Turns out that she had forgotten. We just left, and I don't think I'll be back.

My husband, mother-in-law and I were visiting downtown San Diego when I remembered hearing great things about this cupcake store. We went in at around 6pm and ordered a half dozen cupcakes. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. And while I liked the variety of special flavors they offered from day to day, the cakes themselves were very very dry. My 3 year old wouldn't even finish his cupcake. While I understand that buying them towards the end of the day probably plays a big role in the moisture of the cake, I would have expected something a little better with the amount of money we spent on 6 cupcakes. I will continue to take my business to Sprinkles as I have never had anything I disliked from there at any time of the day.

My wife loves herself some num nums. We were walking around the area and we saw this place and my wife tricked me with here puppy dog eyes. Of course we had to come in here and check it out. Here is what we got. S'more. Banana peanut butter. Salted vanilla Carmel. Key lime pie. Free white chocolate pretzel. I really liked the salted vanilla carmel and the key lime pie. They were flavorful and moist. The staff was really friendly and if I lived in the area I would make a return visit for sure, more than likely at the forced, but loving, hands of my wife.

Just stopped in for a gluten free treat and I was very impressed. My only complaint is they only offer red velvet flavor (and I think lemon on one day of the week?) gluten free. The red velvet was very good as was the icing. They even had little cupcakes for dogs! My dog loved it!! I only wish I could try all the other flavors - they all looked even more delicious!

Step inside, walk this way. You and me babe, Hey, hey! This is just like the PTA bake sales I'm used to, maybe single-digit birthday parties. Except these are more of a decadent snack served by Rose Mary, a young married bombshell. Here is the critical moment, the first bite. Chocolate cake, chocolate icing, chocolate chips. I got em all. Her pyramid of rich chocolate in a little package is simply delectable. Pour your sugar on me~Oh, I can't get enough.
