Try before you buy from 2 floors stocked with Sony cameras, computers, gaming equipment, TVs & more.- Google
"I called to ask about Sony Xperia Z3 Compact."

This store is decisional, the Sony plaza around it is great but the store doesn't even carry the whole Sony products lineup, the beautyful Xperia smartphone are not sold there, PS4 is not sold there, many of Sony's most recent and interesting devices are missing, the place is good if you are looking for a camera (they have all the great Sony's mirrorless and lenses) or music devices tho, they have plenty of them; and many and most recent Sony TVs also. There's a Starbucks inside, and the store and exposition is nice. Representatives and salepersons are the helpful, competent, kind, and useful.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. My go to for all things Sony Alpha; the store is always bright and packed with cool gadgets and accessories to buy. The new Android TVs are worth going into see and while your there have a starbucks.

Just as Sony is a shell of its former self, this store is a joke. Can't they do any better for their U.S. flagship? It'd be middling even if this weren't NYC. The store is inextricably divided into two halves, which aren't connected. You must go through an atrium or outside to cross them. No signage to that effect. They've got an impressive selection of cameras, likely their whole line, but most aren't charged and thus unusable. There are way more staff than customers, which makes it awkward and also makes them seem unpopular. In luxury stores that get few customers they staff only a few people to keep the right balance. Many of their products are poorly-designed or knockoffs of things like GoPro. If there's one thing Sony still does well, it's PS4. That's their flagship product. Yet they can't get even that right. They don't sell standalone PS4 consoles, which loses them revenue and sends customers to nearby game shops. Most problematically, I heard from a guard that they shut down the PS4 arcade on the lower level. That must have been the only reason to visit, and now there are none.

The staff was really friendly, if anyone is buying a tv please ask for Fatima. She is very helpful and friendly answering any questions I had. She was cool and not like a pushy sales person. I recommend speaking to her about any big purchase made in store. I had a great experience.

I love sony products, their cameras too. I own an A7. I hate their customer service and the fact this is the only store around here. When I bought the A7, the salesperson had no idea what he was talking about and admitted he shoots with a Nikon. Not necessarily what I want to hear. When I came back for the prime lens the associate that rang me up thank god knew sony products very well.

Being a Sony shooter, i love visiting this store to see all the new toys, the only problem is the stock they have is so limited that half the time they don't have anything there, but at least you can look. The staff seems to be ok and they try to help

Avoid this store. This store charges a 15% restocking fee which is fine if you change your mind and bring an item back, but they charged me that after I returned in an hour to point out that the camera would not do what the salesperson said it would. I will not likely buy from Sony and certainly would recommend that you avoid this store.

Really great place to check out the latest screens. You're definitely going to pay a premium due buying anything here though

Sony Store hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
