Run!!!! In 2013 I was in a car accident and needed a car. It was going to be 30 days until my totaled car wouldve been paid off. So this was the only company who would give me a loan while my previous loan was still on my credit. The car was 14000. My payment is $430.15 a month. I currently ask for a pay off they refused until i told them I would get legal counsel. They sent me the pay off its for $13458. How the hell is that possible? Ive been paying on time every month since I purchase in August of 2013 but my payments not being deducted from the balance. Dont get me started on William. When I ask for an explanation he cursed me out hung up then emailed me to finish his tantrum. So im finally at my fed up point. So I been looking into trying to trade the vehicle in. I decided that I was going to pay my November payment late and trade the car in ...soon as William found out trading was my attention this fool showed up at my home in Baltimore at 10pm demanding payment in cash.... I refused and slammed the door.If you call your disrespected if you ask for a manager she is rude. I have never dealt with a company like this. My previous car was finance under GM and I had zero issues. If it wasnt for my good credit I would do a voluntary repo just so I can avoid having to deal with this company Do not use this company.

Horrible no very helpful, I have moved from another state and all of the Advance America`s I had dealt with before, they was very helpful. When I went in to this one a Heavy set Mexican female, was very short and no helpful at all. She seemed to have a attitude. Most places I`ve been to they will stand up. Not her she sat the whole time. And was kinda of snappy. She wasn't professional at all. I don't know if she just doesn't want to be there of she is just not happy about her size. Anyway not my problem they lost a customer, I went elsewhere.

I have being working in St. Augustine for the Pass 3 years. I found this place by just driving around. I tried their food and like it. but over time some of the young kids that work there are rude. i have had a couple of encounters with them the young girl and a young boy. they are the first and only Chinese Place i been to that will be arugmentative with the customers. The boy is rude also, and act like they don`t under english until it is time for you to pay..lol. the only nice one is the young guy by the name of Yen and the other adults and helpful and nice. I have decided after giving them more than enough times i will take my business elsewhere. They need to be very careful because one day they could get a attitude with the wrong person on the wrong day and it wont be pretty.

I really like this hotel, it is clean, i have seen other reviews about a roach and fleas but honestly i have not ran into that problem "Thank God". It is quiet and the location is near everything. The staff are professional. I do admit that some of the lamps shades are dusty. But the way i look at it, in this area you could be paying at lot more from the other hotel prices that I`ve seen.

Mark that works in parts& service is unprofessional and needs to retire. No eye contact and acts like you are bothering him. I had a issue with my car and Mr. Hunn was very helpful and so was Mr.Garett. Jason wasnt too helpful, but everyone else seemed to help my situation out. If some of them can work on their customer service skills i will continue to come back.

Worst Dealership I ever dealt with, I dealt with these people about almost two years ago, the sales rep didnt know what he was doing. I could never get the sales rep i was dealing with, so they gave me to another sales rep who didnt know what was going on. It was a mess, I wrote a letter to the Manager and only got a "ok we will look into it" and never got a response back 2 years later I am still waiting..lol I never got an apology. Everyone that talks to me about Brumos i tell them to 'STAY AWAY" i dealt with Duval Acura and they was extremely helpful. I hadnt even considered a Acura until i left stopped dealing with Brumos and started dealing with Duval Motor Company. BMC is a joke.

Mike the manager is a complete "IDIOT" the story is too long to tell, he will not work with you and is not professional at all, treats his employees like slaves, and will yell and snap at them whiles they are trying to check in customers. The rooms are a bit run down. You could tell that back in the 80`s that it was a very nice upscale hotel. Had a bathroom fan fall on the top of my head thank God it was plastic. some of the 80`s wall paper is curling and needs to be replaced etc. I like the location so if i am in the area i say at the Red Roof Inn which is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better. Dont get me wrong the Staff at the Hometown Inn are helpful except the manager.
