Run!!!! In 2013 I was in a car accident and needed a car. It was going to be 30 days until my totaled car wouldve been paid off. So this was the only company who would give me a loan while my previous loan was still on my credit. The car was 14000. My payment is $430.15 a month. I currently ask for a pay off they refused until i told them I would get legal counsel. They sent me the pay off its for $13458. How the hell is that possible? Ive been paying on time every month since I purchase in August of 2013 but my payments not being deducted from the balance. Dont get me started on William. When I ask for an explanation he cursed me out hung up then emailed me to finish his tantrum. So im finally at my fed up point. So I been looking into trying to trade the vehicle in. I decided that I was going to pay my November payment late and trade the car in ...soon as William found out trading was my attention this fool showed up at my home in Baltimore at 10pm demanding payment in cash.... I refused and slammed the door.If you call your disrespected if you ask for a manager she is rude. I have never dealt with a company like this. My previous car was finance under GM and I had zero issues. If it wasnt for my good credit I would do a voluntary repo just so I can avoid having to deal with this company Do not use this company.

Ok I am sorry to do this but it must be done. I have gone to this location a few times and service is not bad. Until one day whiles eating my sandwich in the car I noticed to little dark pieces, at first I thought it was just seeds from my wheat bread. WRONG! they was mouse droppings. I know what mouse droppings look like. All I can say I was done. Its a shame because this location is never packed and the workers seem nice, that was a done deal for me, I go to another Arbys I was too tired to drive back that day. I went to Safeway up the street from my house and made my own sandwich

Horrible place. I bought my 2005 Ford Taurus from these people back in 2006. Transmission went out could never get any help from these people. Jack the manager of the Used Car Dept was as slick as they came. I was told that they didn't have a service dept. All of the dealerships that I talked to told me Bob Bell has one of the biggest dept. I no longer live in MD but before I left I got another car from Heritage in Pikeville. That was over 5 years ago and I still have my car. Not only that I sent all of my co-workers over the Heritage and they was able to get a car. I told everyone to stay away from Bob Bell Ford. So far as to Bob Bell Nissan and other dealerships I am not sure about their service. Even the loan officer was nasty when I bought my car from there. If I ever moved back that is one place I will always turn my nose up at.

Mark that works in parts& service is unprofessional and needs to retire. No eye contact and acts like you are bothering him. I had a issue with my car and Mr. Hunn was very helpful and so was Mr.Garett. Jason wasnt too helpful, but everyone else seemed to help my situation out. If some of them can work on their customer service skills i will continue to come back.

Didn't care for them at all. Whiles waiting looking at the TV I guess on the Barbers thought I was looking at him. Finally he asked me and the other 3 guys sitting next to if was here for a haircut. Duh? anyway he sent us upstairs. The Barber that took care of us was cool, no the best cut but was nice. When sitting in the chair I could hear his convo, basically saying that he didn't have his Barber license, and since he got out they are trying to hook him up. Well I knew what that conversation was about. Even if he did give me a great cut I wouldn't see him there long. This place is unprofessional. I and I haven't been back since. Its cool only if your "Homeboy" is the Barber..lol

Horrible no very helpful, I have moved from another state and all of the Advance America`s I had dealt with before, they was very helpful. When I went in to this one a Heavy set Mexican female, was very short and no helpful at all. She seemed to have a attitude. Most places I`ve been to they will stand up. Not her she sat the whole time. And was kinda of snappy. She wasn't professional at all. I don't know if she just doesn't want to be there of she is just not happy about her size. Anyway not my problem they lost a customer, I went elsewhere.

I have being working in St. Augustine for the Pass 3 years. I found this place by just driving around. I tried their food and like it. but over time some of the young kids that work there are rude. i have had a couple of encounters with them the young girl and a young boy. they are the first and only Chinese Place i been to that will be arugmentative with the customers. The boy is rude also, and act like they don`t under english until it is time for you to pay..lol. the only nice one is the young guy by the name of Yen and the other adults and helpful and nice. I have decided after giving them more than enough times i will take my business elsewhere. They need to be very careful because one day they could get a attitude with the wrong person on the wrong day and it wont be pretty.
