FOR ALL REVIEWERS HERE, IT'S NOT THE STORE, IT'S YOU. First of all, let me start off that the store needs to hire more associates for every department, and more customer service representatives. Very essential. And from my knowledge, they also need to hire better night stockers to properly organize the store's items and price signs because these guys are the ones in charge of that. Because of the night stockers misplacing things like that, it causes issues during the day, making the customers blame the daytime workers for false pricing and missing price tags (which is not their fault because it is not their responsibility. People are trained only for their specific position. That's how large stores are organized.) Other than that, considering they have a lot of newly trained staff members, and small amount of customer service reps, the store is doing well. This happens in all big box stores, but I am now going to tell to the customers that are complaining about this store: Stop behaving rudely towards the cashiers and the customer service desk. This is a new store, there's only a few of these new customer services reps. They are constantly bombarded with calls about questions, orders, other workers in their store, etc. They also deal with multiple rude customers AT once. CUT THE REPS SOME SLACK. These guys wish they have more people at the desk. But until then, BE PATIENT. You're a grown adult. If you can't or you know the situation might take awhile ahead of time, LEAVE! VAMOS! SCRAM! These newly trained cashiers' are trained to only scan customers items and monitor their stations. THAT'S IT. They are not trained to know the information of the products you purchase, that's the associates job to tell you. They are not trained to know what and where the product that you want is. There are large descriptive banners hanging in the aisles for you to see. They are not allowed to leave their stations for YOU, so don't ask them to come with you to look for a product. And, if a product has no bar-code on it, write the item number from the sign or take a picture. Don't waste their time at the check out with no bar-code, because they need an item number to type in the computer, not your word of mouth of the price. The self check out is NOT customer service, it's just another cashier aisle. They have to stand (yes stand) and monitor the computer screen at the self check out machine, as well as the alarm system behind them. THAT'S IT. By the way if you don't how to use self check out, DON'T USE IT. You can not scan large items at self check out, it's for smaller items only. It's common sense, which a lot of these stuck up customers don't have. The self check out-cashiers are not here to babysit you and hold your hand through the way. GO TO A REGULAR CASH AISLE IF YOU HAVE A LARGE PRODUCT. And another thing, just because an associate had you waiting out for a product, stop verbally abusing the customer service reps and cashiers. They are not psychics, they don't know what happens during other departments at the store. You have a lot of these impatient self-entitled customers here treating them so poorly. Hey! Guess what happens when you go to another store and behave this way with the front end there? They will give you the boot! Oh, and to those who complain to the cashiers about having no tap transaction machines, you behave as if they made the decision. Get a grip. Cashiers and everyone else large department stores don't have a say in anything. There's no tap on the machine for security reasons. But if tapping is such a necessity in your spoiled lives, as if it's like food or water, take it to the store manager. In the mean time, inserting a chip for a measly 30 seconds won't kill you. So to all you dissatisfied customers: stick to shopping at online amazon, because you brats clearly haven't developed people skills yet.
