#GrenfellTower Our solicitor, Rachel Okello, will be going down from Bham to the Grenfell Tower area on Monday 10 July. We intend to run a free immigration advice surgery for residents of the North Kensington area between approx 12 - 1pm. Advice can be on the government's one year amnesty for people who don't have their papers - how to get it and what to do after that; People who do have limited leave to remain but whose sponsor has died; migrant children who have been orphaned; Compassionate grounds for those not eligible for government's amnesty; any other issue affecting you. If you would like to connect on Monday please email contact@rogols.co.uk with your name and contact number.

#Immigration Two ways to lose your Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK:

1) Stay outside the UK continuously for two years: Immigration will cancel your indefinite at the airport when returning.

2) Be given a prison sentence of at least 12 months: the Home Office will actively seek to deport you.

Be informed ..
