Well, the 2-day leadership conference is over, and I find myself exhausted yet energized. There are few things I enjoy and value more than working with a creative and skilled group of individuals, and meeting so many of them within my own organization makes me realize how lucky I am. For the work you do to be valued, recognized, AND in the position to make a serious difference... well, it's a rare thing. I'm making a point to enjoy it while it lasts.
