We had a repair on our 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. Unfortunately, the technician failed to put the rear tire on properly. It got looser and luckily we made it home, but after we saw the tire and lug nuts were done improperly, we were scared thinking of what could have happened. I had called the service rep, Ariel, who told me he had to talk to his boss before he could say what to do about the horrible noises coming from the car. He never did call back, either. This was a $500 repair, and we were pretty disgusted, also by the long wait when we were told the car would be ready at 2 and we arrived at 2:30, and still waited for 45 minutes, and the tech apparently never test drove the car, after the repair!!

my sales man Freddy was great I had gone to burns motors and they were giving me 2000 less for my car. ed payne made sure I wanted out happy with my new charger will not go anywhere else to my cars

I was greeted by Johnny Lopez as soon as I drove up. He was working real hard to get us a good deal on a 2012 Dodge Challenger. Eventually he was able to get me and my wife the car we wanted, he did an amazing job working with us. Its a good place to get a car, i'd say they even surpassed charlie clarks customer service and if any one wants a new vehicle i'd strongly recommend going to Ed payne in weslaco.

I tell you what them people over there were very helpful. They made sure to lube my caravan before giving it to me. My van was definitely hurting for a squirting of lube. Just great service

Great service! Worked with salesman mario barbosa and got a great interest rate that we weren't able to get at any other dealership! We came from 6 hours away and it was definitely worth it!!! Would recommend this dealership to friends/family!

good sales men but hard to get help when vehicles under warrenty and u have problem..seems like there more helpful when ur payin outra pocket
