One of the best little spots around. Has been around for a long time, and they stick to the basics. Simple ice cream sandwiches. They have other options as well, but you have to go with the classic. Everything is really good. There are minor concerns though. First seating is terrible, so you probably want to eat it as you go through the village checking out other things. Also you have to pay with cash so be prepared. Despite these little things it is a great place to go to.

If you ever find yourself in Westwood by UCLA and are craving dessert, then you should give this place a try. Their specially is ice cream sandwiches. Not the ones that come in a box from the grocery store, but sandwiches with big flavorful cookies made from scratch. An indulgent treat but extremely tasty.

this is the tops and an LA institution. IN the more than 20 years I've been going they've raised their price only a handful of times. Best cookies and Ice Cream sandwiches in town for the best price. As of today a fresh baked cookie for 0.50c. At another place you can expect to pay 3 times that. Plus they are just darn great tasting.

Awesome ice cream and cookies at a really affordable price. Long lines, but it's worth it, they usually move pretty quickly. It's like being thrown back to the 1950's or something in a small town with a local hotspot.

If you love sweets like I do this place has awesome fresh daily baked cookies for cheap. You can buy by the dozen or get $2 ice cream sandwiches. I like the one cookie, ice cream and whipped cream for a couple of bucks. They also have brownies and shaved ice. Bring cash and be ready to wait a bit. Totally worth it if you're on the Westside!

$2 for an ice cream sandwich?! What?! You must think this place isn't even that good. Boy, I was wrong. The cookies are so fresh and soft. Pair that with their smooth and decadent ice cream, you have the perfect ice cream sandwich. You can't go wrong for $2, either. Thank you to Diddy Riese for keeping the price so low. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Cash only, but $5 is all you'll need. There is always a line that moves pretty quickly. Be prepared to walk and eat since there is no real space to sit. The ice cream sandwiches ($2) are popular...pick any two cookies and ice cream flavor. Cookies are super sweet and $.50 each. There is a discounted price per cookie if you buy more ($4.50 per dozen). They also have shaved ice which is good too.

Fan-flippin'-TASTIC. The butter pecan ice cream was creamy and had the right ratio of pecans. I tried the chocolate chip walnut and white chocolate chip cookies and was happily surprised! Even though the color of the dough is quite light, the cookies were the same amount of sweet and yummy as I've experienced from darker dough cookies. And the price-Fah-ghet-about it! So reasonable! If you are in Westwood, eat dinner anywhere, but eat dessert here!
