Hey,
What's going on? I'm in Orlando and I can't make non hollow macarons to save my life. I don't know what I've been doing wrong. Can anyone sit down and help me?

Before you point me to trouble shooting websites, I already scoured Google and YouTube.
My recipe:

Meringue (French)
71g egg whites
75g granulated sugar

110g almond
148g powdered sugar

I whip meringue to beginning stiff peaks. I thought it was the temperature of the oven being too high. I have a thermometer in the oven and my last attempt clocked it in at 245 f in average. Still though, I get hollows.

This place is the best bbq I've ever had in the east coast.

The best banh mi I've ever had. It's not really a sit down and eat joint . You order and you go. I've had a lot of banh mi on the east coast and this place has the best bread. Try to have yours toasted there because the nice lady will usually do special things to it.

Great little place. Pretty good stuff by sweet old ladies. The price is reasonable and the portions are fair. I love their chicken wings. I recommend this Korean joint over the other one near it.

Good food, authentic, but expensive. Thankfully there was a good Korean restaurant near post, but they charge for rice. I don't know any other places that do that. I certainly don't take advantage of free rice, but when you order a $18 entree, you can't eat it with just one small bowl of rice. I won't return. I'll try the other Korean place.

Plain old Chinese joint. Nothing great. I tried to ask for something off the menu but the Chinese lady wouldn't budge. I would love to eat the Unamericanized Chinese. Thanks for nothing lady.

Pretty good bbq for a small town. Certainly not the best but Junction City doesn't offer a lot so I'll take it.

My family and I went here thirty minutes before they closed. It was a party of six. We were reluctantly welcomed and were told that if we sat, we would have to order right away. Once we all sat down the waitress promptly stood at our table awaiting our orders, hinting to us how urgent it was for the restaurant to close. She also mentioned we had to order our dessert now if we wanted any at all. We did not. The food was good. 3/5. While we were eating, I overheard her talking to couple that finished up. She asked them if they wanted dessert. I was dumbfounded at the double standard. This was fifteen minutes after we arrived. Once we finished they couldn't wait for us leave. They even had somebody come sweep and mop the area in our line of sight. Once we started leaving, the waitress had the nerve to mention that we should come back and that maybe next it be at a sooner time. I'll never come back there and do not recommend this restaurant to anybody.
