See how Black Country have used SX, NDL's Robotic Process Automation software, to migrate data from three smaller systems into Oasis, the Trust's main Patient Administration System (PAS). The Trust has migrated 60,000 patient index records, as well and 80,000 referrals, in just three weeks using the simple RPA tool. We interviewed Colin Aldridge and Steve Clifton from the Trust's Transformation Department about the project that they undertook.

Improving service delivery through use of mobile apps – series of free workshops

Yesterday (8th February), The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea shared with our audience how it is increasing efficiency using innovative mobile apps. Planning and environmental teams have removed the need to rekey information and can now carry out more visits and inspections. RBKC explained how they produced the apps in-house using MX and integrated them with back-office systems. The presenters were happy to share their experiences at our free workshop open to all Public Sector employees and it sparked some great discussions.

Next week Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust & Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust will be sharing their stories about improving patient care through simple and reliable mobile apps. Join us for a discussion-based, half-day workshop on 15th February in Manchester. See our events calendar find out more (www.ndl.co.uk/events)
