Gotta love the internet, we add in our system all customers who have purchased product, had repairs done or have had a party at our facility. We have done this since we first opened in 2001.
With regards to this post, we only take deposits for paintball parties. We never charge for gun repairs on any guns we can not fix.
Clearly, the poster has never been in our store, since his post does not reflect our store policies for repairs or deposits.
The poster also is not in our system as a customer.

In all the years we have been in business, we have never had a broken gun, air system or hopper in our store that we have not been able to repair. We have a very large warehouse full of repair parts and supplies.
