Arrived to Camp (Not RV an actual tent). They only had 4 actual, grassy tent spots. The rest were for RV's. If I wanted to camp in a trailer park, I would have done so down the street from where I live. The staff was somewhat rude and there was no shade in 90+ degree heat (as only 2 of the 4 plots had an awning). My wife, child, and 3 dogs managed to suffer through it, but left as at around 6 the next morning after having planned to stay a couple days and see the sights.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I called ahead. The owner said he had lots of spaces and I didn't need to make a reservation. "Just come on down." We got there and his young son told us there were no spaces. Exactly what you hate to hear. He finally put us in a space that had a broken water pipe. After two days my coach was sinking and I thought I was not going to be able to pull out. The water pressure is way too strong. Be careful, you will probably have a costly water blowout in your coach. When I mentioned it to the owner he said, "Oh yaa, we have 85 lbs in the park. We sell water pressure gauges in the office." wrong, they were all gone because it is a major problem and he is not an efficient businessman. This is a case of a nice guy who has lost his moral compass. He cares way more about making money than insuring his guest's comfort and safety. His other big issue is, he refuses to delegate responsibility. Everything is in his head and no ones else knows what to do. By the way, the road noise is load and so is the noise from the livestock at the Fairgrounds next door.

I was in Grand Junction for an Agility Championship and this KOA was right next to the Fairgrounds. The sites were large and the whole place was clean. They were very dog friendly having 2 dog runs in the rear with scoops and bags available. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The showers were the best I've been in at an RV camp. Large and the curtains fit and kept the water in the shower. We are having our Championships at the Fairgrounds next year and I look forward to staying here again.

Bathrooms and showers were clean, the rules were way too strict I felt like I was 5 years old. They have a stupid Wifi Passcode thing set up so you get a code for each device and have to connect to the wifi and go in your browser and type in the code which means Xbox's and possibly PlayStations can't use the internet. The pool was great there were a few bugs in there nothing too bad it gets 6 ft deep.

We have been to this park many times and have always loved it. The staff is very friendly and our site had lots of shade. This park also had the fastest WiFi and cleanest restrooms that I have seen on this trip. Would most definitely stay here again. Thanks

Friendly staff, Good sized sites for a KOA, very clean and attractive bathrooms, great Mexican restaurant called the Aztec just down the road, grounds are neat and well kept. Try it, you'll like it

This campground is mostly targeting RVs and not tents. There is only about 6 tent sites, which offer full water and electricity hookups. However, the sites are separated by a wooden fence and and very, very close together (i.e., no privacy). The bathrooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Overall, not a bad choice if you're simply looking for a place to spend a nigh, especially if you're coming from south Colorado.
