Last week we shared the benefits of Laughter Yoga, today we have something just as great! ElliptiGO – a bicycle that combines running, cycling and of course, the elliptical. Based in Solana Beach, ElliptiGo was started by a former marine and Ironman triathlete who lost the ability to run for exercise. ElliptiGO works different muscles than running or cycling alone. Read about the experience and try it for yourself!
The ride was challenging and worked different muscles, including my lower quadriceps, making for a great workout.

With warmer weather in the forecast this weekend there’s two things that come to mind: having a beach day or time spent by the pool. However you plan to spend your weekend it’s important to remember to apply sunscreen and to understand how it protects you from the sun’s rays.
