One of the most inspiring things you’ve helped us support is buying harmonicas. Yup – harmonicas! Improving lung capacity, building team spirit and having some fun are all part of the mix at Tri-City Mecical Center’s pulmonary rehab program and donated harmonicas help make it happen. Read the full story on the impact this fun addition has made for our patients, http://bit.ly/2gPYccr
At the twice-weekly pulmonary rehab sessions at Tri-City Medical Center, patients walk on treadmills, learn stress management techniques and discuss drug therapy. But the best part of the two-hour sessions are the few minutes when they pull out their harmonicas and blow.
