To answer Shanoy's question: This plug-in will only work from the beginning of a project so you have to use nested projects in Vegas Pro if you want to use it in the middle of a project. In other words, create a new project with just this effect and then drop that project anywhere you want in the main project. Sometimes you will hear people refer to this technique as "nested comps" or "nested compositions". Vegas Pro calls them nested projects.

bummer that it only works from the beginning of the project.  I wonder when they'll get rid of that requirement.

These tutorials from Lars are excellent. I've worked through quite a few of them and I really like his style of explaining these new technologies. I highly recommend them.

Story
Introduction
As a keyboard player, my early influences were musicians like Peter Nero, Dave Brubeck, Jimmy Smith, and later Lee Michaels, Rick Wakeman, and Keith Emerson. I admire songwriters like Burton Cummings and Randy Newman for their unique songwriting styles, and bands like Yes, Genesis, ELP, and Gentle Giant for their musicianship and willingness to push the envelope of progressive rock. I spent 10 years back in the 70’s as a working rock musician paying my dues in nightclubs and studios the NY tri-state area in various bands. My interest in the early days of electronic music and MIDI programming ultimately lead to a career in the field of computer science. After discovering my new passion for videography in 2000, I have come full circle back to my roots of music composition and scoring music for video.  When not making music, editing video, or designing new software plug-ins, you can find me hanging out on at the Creative Cow Vegas forum where I am a moderator for the Sony Vegas Pro forum, or at the Digital Media Network forums where I am a moderator for the Sony ACID and Vegas Scritping forums.
