It was great!! I was sad to read the bad service comments and decided to try it anyway. Great server, so friendly and attentive, but not overly so. The food was delicious and fresh and the drinks were good too!

This was my first time eating at Charcoal Grill & Rotisserie, and the food was DELICIOUS!!! Some of the menu items are quite high in price, but most of it was pretty decent. The staff was friendly and the decor was nice. The service is super fast!! (Maybe even too fast) I didn't even finish half of my salad and our dinner was served. Also, I ordered a 6oz sirloin and asked for it to be cooled well done, and they brought it to me almost rare. Thats about the only bad thing I can say about this restaurant.

Never again. Last time (over 1 year ago), we order grilled chicken salads that were the size of side salad and 4 little pieces of chicken. We talked to manager and he agreed the servings were small and discounted the bill Today, we order the Gobbler (Turkey Burger for $7.50). The Gobbler was the same size as my daughter's kids burger, but the Gobbler was $$ more. I was expecting a sizable turkey patty, but i received what looked like cooked frozen disc from Sam's Club. $50+ later, I would have been better off in value at Burger King. Sorry, but that's how I feel. My 11 yr old son stated that Applebees has better burgers. I agree. No ketchup or BBQ sauce at the table at a burger place? What? The only good thing is they have a "Fixin' Bar" I be taking my family to Texas Road House from now on.

A nice steak, piece of salmon, salad, potato, bread, veggies, and glass of real lemonade for $20. What's not to like? Nice wait staff and a decent atmosphere too.

Some whack-job is obnoxiously playing/literally banging on the video poker machine at the end of the bar during Sunday night football; this has been going on for 45min straight now. I'm starting to believe he's the owner of the place but have not confirmed. I had mistakenly ignored the previous comment about the salad, it is still horrible.
